Sürdürülebilir kalkınma ve çevre dostu maliye politikaları

Abstract

Çevre üzerindeki baskının artmasıyla, ekosistemin sağlıklı şekilde devamı tehdit altına girmiş; hızla artan üretim ve tüketim; hava, su ve toprağın da kirlenmesini hızlandırmış, doğal kaynaklar bozulmaya ve tükenmeye başlamış, birçok bitki ve hayvan türü yok olmuş, doğanın kendi kendini yenileme niteliği, çevrenin kendini toparlayabilme gücü zarar görmüştür. Bu sorunların ortaya çıkmasındaki temel neden ise geçmişte hükümetlerin sürdürülebilir kalkınma amacını göz ardı ederek ekonomi çevre arasındaki seçimlerini ekonomi lehine kullanmaları olmuştur.Bu nedenle sürdürülebilir çevre ve kalkınma politikalarının analizinin yapılacağı bu çalışmada, çevre kalitesini artırmak ve gelecek kuşaklara yaşanabilir bir dünya bırakabilmek için çevre dostu hangi politikaların izlenmesi yararlıdır sorusuna cevap bulunmaya çalışılacaktır.

With the increasing pressure on the environment, the continuation of ecosystem health came under threat, with a rapidly increasing production and consumption, air, water and soil contamination were accelerated, natural resources started to run out and became degradated, many plant and animal species became extinct, the nature's self-renewal capability and the environment's doing out power is damaged. The basic reason behind the emergence of these problems is the past governments' acts like ignoring the purpose of sustainable development of economy and making choices between the economy and the environment in favor of the economy. Therefore, this study, covers the analysis of environment and development policies, seeks for the answers for the question that which environmentally friendly policies should be conducted to improve the quality of the environment and leave a livable world to future generations.
