Dış ticarette yük taşımacılığı (Türkiye örneği)

Abstract

Teknoloji ve bilgi artışı ile birlikte hızlı değişimin yaşandığı günümüzde ülkeler arasındaki sınırlar ortadan kalkmıştır. Bu gelişmeler lojistik ve ticaretin gelişmesini ve rekabet aracı olmasını sağlamıştır. Sadece işletmeler değil ülkeler de projeler üreterek rekabet sürecine katılmıştır. Çin'in öncülük ettiği 'Yeni İpek Yolu Projesi' 2013 yılında başlatılan çok taraflı ve çok kapsamlı bir girişimdir. Kıtalararası kara ve deniz yolu bağlantıları ile geçtiği güzergahta ekonomik kuşak oluşturmayı öngörüyor. Bu açıdan küresel ekonomi için büyük bir önem arz ediyor. Türkiye, 'Yeni İpek Yolu Projesi'nde kıtalararası bağlantı kuran köprü görevi görmektedir. Bu çalışmada, 'Yeni İpek Yolu Projesi' dış ticaret ve yük taşımacılığı kapsamında Türkiye açısından incelenmiştir. Girişimin günümüze kadar gerçekleşen somut adımları incelenmiş, Türkiye'nin girişime yaklaşımı ile Türkiye'nin dış ticaret ve yük taşımacılığına etkileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Türkiye, Çin ile artan ilişkileri ve bu girişim sayesinde ticaret hacminde artış sağlayacaktır. Aynı zamanda girişimin finanse ettiği altyapı projeleri ile fiziki altyapı eksiklikleri tamamlanacaktır. Today, with the rapid growth of technology and knowledge, the borders between countries have disappeared. These developments provided the improvement of trade and logistics as well as making it a competitive tool. Not only companies but also countries have participated in the competition process by producing projects. The New Silk Road Project launched by China in 2013 is a multilateral and comprehensive project. It foresees creating an economic belt on the route that is crossed by intercontinental land and sea routes. For this reason, it is of great importance for the global economy. Turkey serves as a bridge linking the continents in The New Silk Road Project. In this study, The New Silk Road Project has been examined in terms of Turkey under the scope of foreign trade and freight transport. This study examines the concrete steps that have taken place until today and tried to determine the approach of Turkey for initiative and the effects of Turkey on foreign trade and freight transport. Increased relations with China and this initiation will increase the trade volume of Turkey. At the same time, due to the infrastructure projects financed by the enterprise, physical infrastructure deficiencies will be eliminated.
