dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada 2-hidroksi-5-metoksi asetofenon tiyosemikarbazon (HMAT) ve onun N(4)-substitüe türevleri olan 2-hidroksi-5-metoksi-asetofenon-N(4) etil tiyosemikarbazon (HMAET) ve 2-hidroksi-5-metoksi-asetofenon-N(4) fenil tiyosemikarbazon (HMAPT) ilk kez sentezlendi.Bu tiyosemikarbazonların Cu(II) komplekslerinin stokiyometrileri ve kararlılık sabitleri spektrofotometrik metotla tayin edildi ve termodinamik parametreleri ? Go, ? Ho, ? So hesaplandı. Kompleks stokiyometrisinin üç kompleks için de 1:1 olduğu ve en kararlı kompleksin Cu-HMAET olduğu belirlendi.Anahtar kelimeler: Tiyosemikarbazon, kompleks kararlılık sabiti, kompleks stokiyometrisi, termodinamik parametreler, spektrofotometrik metot.
dc.description.abstractIn this study 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy acetophenone thiosemicarbazone (HMAT) and it?s N(4) substitued derivatives; 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy acetophenone-N(4) ethyl thiosemicarbazone (HMAET) and 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy acetophenone-N(4) phenly thiosemicarbazone (HMAPT) were synthesized for the first time.Stability contants and stoichiometries of this Cu(II)-thiosemicarbazone complexes were determined with spectrophotometric method and thermodynamic parameters of complexes ( ? Go, ? Ho, ? So) were calculated. Complex stoichiometry is determined as 1:1 for three complex and Cu-HMAET determined the most stable complex.Keywords: Thiosemicarbazone, complex stability constants, complex stoichiometry, thermodynamic parameters, spectrophotometric method.en_US
