Araştırmamıza 10'u erkek (yaş x 20,60, Sd ± 1.50, boy x 174.2, Sd ± 7.52f kilo x 64.90, Sd ± 7.20), 10'u kız (yaş x 19.50, Sd ± 117.8, boy x 164.30, Sd ± 5.18, kilo x 53.30 Sd ± 6.00) toplam 20 sporcu katılmıştır. Kontrol grubu ise, 5'i erkek(yaş x 20.00, Sd ± 1,00, boy x 175.4, Sd ± 7.19, kilo x 69.20, Sd ± 6.50) 5'i kız (yaş x 18.80, Sd ± 3.96, boy x 166.40, Sd ± 7.02, kilo x 50.80, Sd ± 4.76) aktif sporcu olmayan toplam 1 0 kişiden oluş maktadır. -36-
A total of 20 active sportsmen (10 male age x 10.60 sd ± 1.50, height x 174.2, Sd ± 7.52, weight x 64.90, Sd ± 7.20, 10 female; age X19.50, Sd ± 117.8, height x 164.30, Sd ± 5.18 Weight x 53.30, Sd ± 6.00) were included in the study group. The control group were comprised of 10 persons (5 male; age x 20.00, Sd ± 1.00, height x 175.4, Sd ± 7.19, weight x 69.20, Sd ± 6.50, 5 female; age x 18.80, Sd ± 3.96, height x 166.40, Sd ± 7.02 weight x 50.80, Sd ± 4.76) who are not activity indulged with sports activities. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the metabolik and physiolo gic relationship of p-endorphin and lactic acid responces to aerobic exercise performed by 60-70 % maximal oxygen consumption between middle distance and long distance runners and sedentary individuals. We conclude that the p-endorphin levels are significantly increased depending on the duration of exercise and that these increases are not rela ted to the lactic acid levels. -37en_US
