Spor kulüplerinin basketbol şubelerinin sporcu kaynakları (İstanbul ili uygulaması)

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada öncelikle İstanbul'da bulunan spor kulüpleri basketbol şubelerinin sporcu bulma ve temin etme konusunda, sporcu kaynakları sporcu temin etme yöntemleri ve sporcu temini ile ilgili karşılaşılan problemler ağırlıklı olarak ele alınmış; sporcu temin etme kaynak ve yöntemleri ile özel ve resmi kuruluş ve işletmelerin personel temininde kullandıkları kaynakları ve yön temleri açıklanmak suretiyle karşılaştırma yapılabilmesi sağlanmış, bu konuda benzer veya farklı yönler ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışıl mıştır. Böylece spor kulüplerinin, sporcu temin ederken kullan dıkları kaynak ve yöntemleri incelenerek uygun düştüğü taktirde bunlar dışında değişik ve çeşitli kaynak ve yöntemlere ulaşabilmesi hedef alınmıştır. Bu amaçla, istanbul Bölgesine bağlı 14 kulübün sporcu temin edilmesinde görevli bulunan personeline, sporcu kaynakları, sporcu temin etme yöntemleri ve sporcu temini ile ilgili karşılaşılan prob lemleri belirlemek için anket uygulanmış ve gözlemler yapılmıştır. Anket çalışmaları ile öncelikle bu kulüplerin sporcu temini ile ilgili görevlilerinden alınan bilgiler, nisbi olarak değerlendirilmiş,. sporcu bulma ve temin etme konusunda karşılaşılan problemler tesbit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, İstanbul'da bulunan spor kulüplerinin basketbol şubelerinin sporcu bulma vetemin etme konusunda sporcu kaynakları, sporcu temin etme yöntemleri ortaya çıkarılmış ve bu konu ile ilgili problemlerin çözümü yönünde önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

SUMMARY In this working, preceedingly finding and obtaining sports men for the sport clubs' basketball sections in İstanbul, sportsmen sources and obtaining of sportsmen and the problems in obtaining sportsmen are taken in charge and it is obtained to make compari sons by informing the sportsmen obtaining source and methods and private and official organization and sources and by this, similar and different sides of the subject are tried to be explained. By the way if it is found proper after the investigation of the sport clubs' sources and methods used in sportsmen obtaining, it is aimed at reaching various and different sources and methods apart from the existing ones. For this purpose; the observations and investigations are applied to the personel working in obtaining sportsmen for the 14 clubs connected to the İstanbul distirct in order to determinate the problems in obtaining sportsmen and its metho.ds, sportsmen sources. The information obtained by investigations made by the re lated personel about the clubs' sportsmen obtaining, is estab lished relatively the problems in obtaining and finding sportsmen. As a conclusion; the methods and sources of the sport clubs in İstanbul in sportmen obtaining are found out and the sugges tions are made in solving the problems related to the subject.
