dc.description.abstract-142- ÖZET Bu çalışmada, N - asetil - L - sistein 'in Çinko ( II ), Kadmiyum ( II ), Kobalt ( II ), Nikel ( II ), Demir ( III ) ile oluşturduğu Komplekslerin kararlılık sabitleri Calvin-Bjerrum ve Irwing-Rossotti yöntemleri kulanılarak potansiyometrik yoldan tayin edildi. Protonlanma ve buna bağlı olarak asit sabitleri 1=0,12 de 25°C için logKı=pK2=9,60 ; logK2= pKı=2,70, 37°C için logKı=pK2=9,30 ; logK2=pKı=2,70 olarak bulundu. Oluşum sabitleri ise 1=0,12 ve25°C de Çinko ( II ) için logP2=12,10 ; Kadmiyum ( II ) için logp2=12,92 ; Kobalt ( II ) için Iogp2=7,80 ; Krom ( II ) için Iogp2=15.00 ; Nikel ( II ) için logP2=9,34 ; Demir ( III ) için logP2=18,80, 37°C de Çinko ( II ) için logp2=11,66 ; Kadmiyum ( II ) için logp2=13,24 ; Kobalt ( II ) için logp2=7,94; Krom ( II ) için logP2=14,95 ; Nikel ( II ) için logp2= 9,22 ; Demir ( III ) için logP2= 17,42 ; olarak bulundu. Oluşan komplekslerin koşullu oluşum sabitleri hesaplandı ve buradan kompleksleşmenin ortaya çıktığı pH aralıkları bulundu. Koşullu oluşum basamakları gösterildi.
dc.description.abstract-143- SUMMARY THE DETERMINATION OF STABILITY CONSTANTS OF N-ACETYL-L- CYSTEİNE ZINC, CADMIUM, CHROM, NİCKEL, COBALT AND IRON COMPLEXES BY POTENTIOMETRIC METHOD The stability constants of the complexes which were formed N-Acetyl-L- cysteine with zinc ( II )?, cadmium ( II ), chrom ( II ), nickel ( II ), cobalt ( II ), iron ( II ) CALVIN-BJERRUM and IRWING-ROSSOTTI methods, in this work, The protonation constants and dissociation constants of the ligand were found as log^ = pK2=9,60 ; logK2=pK1=2,70 at 25°C and for I =0,12 and logK1=pK2= 9,30; logK2=pK1=2,70 at 37°C and for 1=0,12. Also the overall formation canstants of complexes were found as logp2=12,10 for zinc (II) ; as logp2=12,92 for cadmium ( II ); as logp2=7,80 for cobalt ( II ) ; as logp2=15,00 for chrom ( II ) ;as logp2= 9,34 for nickel (II ) ; as logp2=18,80 for iron ( III ) at 25°C and 1=0,12; as logp2=11,66 for zinc ( II ) ; as logp2=13,24 for cadmium ( II ) ; as logp2= 7,94 for cobalt ( II ) ; as logp2=14,95 for chrom ( II ) ; as logp2=9,22 for nickel ; as logp2=17,42 for iron ( III ) at 37°C and 1=0,12 The conditional formation constants and the formation pH ranges of complexes determined. Relative abudance was plotted by using conditional formation constant and the step of the formation of the complexes were shown in graphs.en_US
