32SUMMARY Our study is about effectiveness of SPECT in interiktal period of patients with migraine without aura. For the criters of IHS we study on 30 patients. These are 20 women and 10 men which were in interiktal period. Then we add 15 patient (10 women, 5 men) called control group. There is perfusion defect (hipoperfusion) in 46% of the patients with migraine, 1 3% of control group. In our study perfusion defect ratio is staticaly higher tothe control group (p<0.05). In our study there is no statical differences between males and females for the effectiveness of the SPECT (p>0.05) we conclusion that when we use SPECT in the interiktal period of the patients with migraine without aura. It is an important diagnostic method and we can use this method in routin. 33
