GAP`ın Türkiye`deki sosyal ve ekonomik boyutları

Abstract

ÖZET Cumhuriyet tarihimizin en büyük projesi olan GAP, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde `Ekonomik Bir Devrim ve Toplumsal Değişme Yaratma` çabasıdır. Bu çalışmamızda GAP'ın bölgede ve ülkemizde meydana getireceği Sosyo-Ekonomik Değişmeler 5 bölüm altında incelenmektedir. Birinci bölümde Güneydoğu Anadolu projesine genel bir bakış yapılmakta, GAP'ın anlamı-ekonomik hedefleri-büyüklüğü ve bölgenin mevcut problemleri incelenmektedir. İkinci bölümde Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinin Toplumsal ve Feodal yapısı incelenmekte, feodal yapının çözülme yolları irdelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde bölgede GAP'la birlikte meydana gelecek Sosyo- Kültürel Değişmeler ve boyutları incelenmektedir. Dördüncü bölümde kalkınmaya yönelik alınabilecek Sosyal ve Ekonomik önlemler tartışılmaktadır. Çalışmanın beşinci bölümünde ise Türkiye' de bölgeler arası ekonomik dengesizlikler, bu dengesizliklere örnek sosyal ve ekonomik göstergeler büyüteç altına alınmaktadır. ABSTRACT GAP; the largest project of South Eastern Anatolian Region, is an effort to create an economic revolution and social change. In this work, these social and economic changes which will be created by the GAP, in our country and the region have been studied under the 5 sections. In the first section; this South Eastern Anatolian region project is generally viewed; the meaning of GAP it's economic targets, its site and region's existing problems have been studied. In the second section; South Eastern Anatolian region's social and feudal system has been studied and also the ways to dissolve this system have been analysed. In the third section; Socio-cultural changes and its dimension which will happen because of the GAP project in the region have been studied. In the fourth section; The social and economic necessities the to development have been discussed. In the fifth section of our study; The economic imparaties between the regions of Turkey and Examples of social and economic indicators of these imparaties have been put under the magnifier. The subjects of the thesis were further explained at the last section with the tables.With the belief, that we presented sufficient and satisfying information of the subject matter.
