dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada, çıkış maddesi olarak, 4-nitroasetofenon (p-nitroasetofenon) kullanıldı. 4-nitroasetofenon, sodyum etoksitli ortamda n-bütilnitrit ile nitrozolanarak, izonitrozo-p- nitroasetonoksim elde edildi. İzonitrozo-p-nitroasetonoksim, sodyum asetat katalizörlüğünde hidroksil- amin hidroklorür ile reaksiyona sokularak p-nitrofenil glioksim sentezlendi. Elde edilen p- Nitrofenil glioksim kloroform içerisinde 35-40°C'de klorlanarak, kloro-p-nitrofenil glioksim izole edildi. Kloro-p-nitrofenil glioksimin anilinle reaksiyonu sonucu aminoksim türevi elde edildi. Ligantın alkollü çözeltisine, suda çözülmüş olan NİCI2.6H2O ilavesiyle kırmızı renkte Ni (II ) kompleksi sentezlendi. Orjinal olarak elde edilen oksim, oksim türevleri ve kompleksin yapılan FT-IR, 1H- NMR spektrumlarıyla aydınlatıldı.
dc.description.abstractABSRACT In this work, 4-nitroasetofenon (p-nitroasetofenon) was used as the beginning substance. Isonitrozo-p-nitroacetonoxime was obtained trough the nitrosotion reaction between 4-nitroacetofenon and n-butylnitrit in sodium ethoxide medium. p-Nitrophenyle glyoxime was synthesized by putting isonitrozo-p-nitroacetonoxime into a reaction with hydroxylamine hydrochloride by being sped by sodium acetat. p- Nitrophenyl glyoxime obtained was tied chloride at 35-40°C in chloroform and chloro-p- nitrophenyl glyoxime was synthesized. The aminoxime derivative was obtained by the reaction of chloro-p-nitrofenil glyoxime with aniline. The red Ni ( II ) complex was synthesized by adding NİCI2.6H2O soluted in water into the alcohol-containing ligant solution. Oxime, oxime derivatives and the structures of the complex were made known FT- IR, XH-NMR spectra.en_US
