dc.description.abstractÖZET Toz metalurj isiyle üretilen bronz yatakların aşınması ve sürtünme kuvvetini elde edebilmek için yeni bir deney cihazı tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. T/M bronz yataklar bakır ve kalay tozlarıiçerir. Yataklar, 40-50 um çapındaki ve %50 Cu %10 Sn karışımındaki tozlardan meydana gelmektedir. Deneyler eksantrik bir disk sayesinde çeşitli dinamik yükleme şartlarında yapılmıştır. Deney setinde hazırlanan ölçüm levhasından Wheaston Köprüsü oluşturacak şekilde bağlanan strain-gaugelere kuvvetle orantılı olarak sinyal gönderilmekte ve bu sinyaller sürtünme kuvveti olarak bilgisayara yüklenmektedir. dc.description.abstractIll ABSTRACT In this study, a newly improved test equipment was designed and manufactured in order to measure the wear of base sintered bronze journal bearings and friction force produced by powder metallurgy. P/M base sintered bronze bearings are commercially available and contain copper and tin powders elementally. The powder is made of 90% Cu and 10% Sn particles the radius of which is 45-50 um. The test were carried out under dynamical loading conditions by an eccentric disc and at two different experimental conditions. One of this condition is to feed the base sintered bronze bearings whit several mineral oils during the experiments. The other one is to perform the experiments whit the same type of bearings saturated whit several mineral oils before tests. In this equiqment, the test plate is connected to strain-gauge to form a wheaston bridge and produced signals which are propartional to the force are transmitted to this strain-gauge. This signals are loaded to computer as a friction force and then by using this data the reguired graphics are drawn.
