dc.description.abstractiiÖZETBu çalismada, Kolesistokinin (Cholecystokinin=CCK) ve Histamin (Histamine)antiserumlarina karsi spesifik immunreaktivitelerinin Çiçek Baligi (Pseudophoxinusantalyae) sindirim kanalinin bazi bölümlerindeki dagilim ve lokalizasyonlarininbelirlenmesi amaçlandi.Sindirim kanalinin özofagus tan sonraki genislemis bölgesi ve bagirsagin distal, ortave proksimal kismindan alinan materyale Avidin- Biotin-Immunoperoksidaz yöntemiuygulandi.Histamin ve Kolesistokinin immunreaktif hücrelerinin özofagustan sonrakigenislemis bölgede bagirsaklara oranla daha fazla bulunduklari saptandi. Buimmunreaktif hücrelerin sindirim kanalinin yüzeyinde, yüzey-kript arasinda ve kriptepitelinde yer aldigi belirlendi.Histamin immunreaktivitesinin özofagustan sonraki genislemis bölgenin vebagirsaklarin bag dokusu ve gangliyon hücrelerinde nadir olarak saptanmasina karsinCCK immunreaktivitesine belirtilen bölgelerde ve ayni hücrelerde rastlanmadi.ANAHTAR KELIMELER: Çiçek baligi, Pseudophoxinus antalyae,gastrointestinal kanal, endokrin hücreler, immunohistokimya,
dc.description.abstractiiiABSTRACTIn this study, our aim was to determine the distribution of specificimmunoreactivities in some regions of the digestive tract of the flower fish(Pseudophoxinus antalyae) against the antisera Cholecystokinin (CCK) andHistamine.The samples were taken from the enlarged area after esophagus and distal, middleand proksimal part of intestine and the Avidin- Biotin- Immunoperoxidase methodwas applied.Histamine and Cholecystokinin immunreactive cells were found to be more fruquentin enlarged region after esophagus than in intestine. These immunreactive cells weredistributed among surface epithelium, epithelium between surface crypt and crypts.Despite determination of Histamine immunoreactivity in enlarged region afteresophagus, connective tissue of intestine and ganglion cells, CCK immunreactivitycouldn? t be detected in the same regions and cells.KEY WORDS: Flower fish, Pseudophoxinus antalyae, gastrointestinal tract,endocrine cells, immunohistochemistry,en_US
