dc.description.abstractiÖZETTers faz sivi kromatografisi (RP-LC) zirkonyum(IV)'un ayrimi ve tayini için etkilibir teknik olarak son yillarda siklikla kullanilmaktadir. Bu çalismada Zr(IV)-(5-Br-PADAP) ikili kompleksi ve Zr(IV)-(5-Br-PADAP)-F üçlü kompleksi hazirlanarakspektroskopik ve kromatografik davranislari incelenmistir. Kromatografik çalismadaC8 ters faz kolon ve mobil faz olarak 50 mM fosforik asit içeren %75 metanol-su(v/v) ikili karisimi kullanilmistir. Ikili komplekste metal ligand oraninin 1:3 olduguve üçlü komplekste bu oranin ise Zr(IV): 3L : 2 F- sekinde oldugu belirlenistir. Bukomplekslerin yeterli kararlilikta oldugu, florür ve Zirkonyum(IV) tayini için yeterlikesinlik ve dogrulukta kantitatif sonuçlar verdigi belirlenmistir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Zirkonyum, Kompleks olusum, 5-Br-PADAP.
dc.description.abstractiiABSTRACTNowadays the reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RP-LC) technique has beenused an effective tool for the separation and determination of zirconium(IV). Inchromatographic experiments C8 reversed-phase column was used as stationaryphase and 75% (v/v) MeOH-water binary mixture with containing 50 mMphosphoric acid was used as mobile phase. The ligand meta ratio of binarycomplexes is 1:3 and For ternary complexes (Zr(IV)-(5-Br-PADAP)-F-), this ratio is1:3:2. The results obtained indicate that the stability of these complexes are quiteenough for the determination of Zr(IV) and floride and the adequate precision andaccuracy for quantitative analysis of these compounds were obtained.KEYWORDS : Zirconium, Complex formation, 5-Br-PADAP.en_US
