dc.description.abstractSORGUM x SUDANOTU (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench x Sorghum sudanense(Piper) Stapf) MELEZİNDE FARKLI AZOT DOZU UYGULAMALARININVERİM VE BAZI KALİTE ÖZELLİKLERİNE ETKİLERİOsman YÜKSELBu çalışma Isparta ekolojik koşullarında yetiştirilen sorgum sudanotu (Sorghum bicolor(L.) Moench x Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf) melezinde farklı azot dozuuygulamalarının verim ve bazı kalite özellikleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla2005 yılı vejetasyon döneminde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada materyal olarak Grazer N2çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Denemede altı farklı azot dozunun (0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 kg/da)sorgum-sudanotu melezinde bitki boyu, bitkide yaprak sayısı, yeşil ot verimi, kuru otverimi, kuru madde oranı, yaprak oranı, kardeş sayısı, ham protein oranı, ham proteinverimi ve ham selüloz oranı üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır.Araştırma sonunda; artan azot dozlarıyla birlikte bitki boyu (136.9-158.8 cm), yapraksayısı (7.63-9.20 adet/bitki), yeşil ot verimi (4939.1-6653.3 kg/da), kuru ot verimi(1264.6-1778.0 kg/da) ve ham protein verimi (88.08-171.24 kg/da) artış göstermiş enyüksek değerler 16 kg/da azot dozunda, en yüksek kuru madde oranı (% 23.07) ve hamprotein oranı (% 12.30) 12 kg/da azot dozunda, en yüksek kardeş sayısı (4.27 adet/bitki)ise 20 kg/da azot uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Azot dozu uygulamalarının yaprakoranı ve ham selüloz oranına etkileri ise önemsiz bulunmuştur.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Sorgum x sudanotu melezi, azot, yeşil ot verimi, kuru otverimi, ham protein verimi.

Moench x Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf) HYBRIDS.Osman YÜKSELThis study was conducted to determine the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer rateson the yield and some quality characteristics of sorghum x sudangrass hybrid (Sorghumbicolor (L.) Moench x Sorghum sudanense (Piper) Stapf) grown in Isparta ecologicalconditions in 2005 summer vegetation period. Grazer N2 cultivar was used as seedmaterial in the study. The influence of six different nitrogen doses (0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20kg/da) were investigated on plant height, leaf number per plant, green fodder yield, dryfodder yield, dry matter ratio, leaf ratio, tiller number, crude protein ratio, crude proteinyield and crude cellulose ratio in sorghum x sudangrass hybrid.The results showed that with increasing nitrogen doses, the plant height (136.9-158.8cm), leaf number per plant (7.63-9.20 number/plant), green fodder yield (4939.1-6653.3kg/da), dry fodder yield (1264.6-1778.0 kg/da) and crude protein yield (88.08-171.24kg/da) increased, and the highest values were obtained from 16 kg/da nitrogenapplication. The highest dry matter ratio (% 23.7) and crude protein ratio (% 12.30)among all treatments were obtained from 12 kg/da nitrogen dose, and the highest tillernumber (4.27 number/plant) was obtained from 20 kg/da nitrogen dose.
