Gallus gallus domesticada prenatal ve postnatal dönemlerde mide (Proventrikulus ve Gizzard)`nin bombesin, glukagon, somatostatin-14 salgılayan hücrelerinin mukozal lokalizasyonları

iiÖZETGallus gallus domestica' da PRENATAL ve POSTNATAL DÖNEMLERDEMİDE (PROVENTRİKULUS ve GİZZARD)' nin BOMBESİN, GLUKAGON,SOMATOSTATİN-14 SALGILAYAN HÜCRELERİNİN MUKOZALLOKALİZASYONLARIBu çalışmada Gallus gallus domestica' da prenatal ve postnatal dönemlerde midede(proventrikulus ve gizzard) bombesin, glukagon ve somatostatin-14 salgılayanhücrelerin mukozal lokalizasyonlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Çalışılan prenatal ve postnatal dönemlerde bombesin, glukagon ve somatostatin-14immunoreaktif hücrelerin glandular ve sindirim kanalı lümeniyle ilişkilerininbulunmadığı, Lamina epiteliyalis (L. epiteliyalis)' te ve bezlerde homojen dağılımgösterdikleri ve ayrıca bu immunoreaktif hücrelerde immunoreaktivitenin oldukçazayıf olduğu belirlendi.Somatostatin-14 salgılayan hücrelere ilk kez inkübasyonun 6. günündeproventrikulus ve gizzarda ait çok katlı epitelde az sayıda rastlandı. Glukagonimmunoreaktif hücreler ilk kez inkübasyonun 9. gününde proventrikulus bezlerindeve gizzard L. epiteliyalis' inde az sayıda gözlendi. Erişkin dönemde deproventrikulus bezlerindeki glukagon immunoreaktif hücrelerin çok az sayıdabulunduğu saptandı. Bombesin immunoreaktif hücreler ilk olarak inkübasyonun 17.gününde proventrikulusun L. epiteliyalis' inde gözlendi. Gizzardda bombesinsalgılayan hücreler ilk kez 1 haftalık civciv gizzard L. epiteliyalis' inde az sayıdagözlendi. Erişkin dönemde ise gizzardda bombesin, glukagon ve somatostatin-14salgılayan immunoreaktif hücrelere rastlanmadı.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Proventrikulus, gizzard, bombesin, glukagon,somatostatin-14, immunositokimya, Lamina epiteliyalis, Gallus gallus domestica.

iiiABSTRACTLOCALIZATIONS OF CELLS THAT SECRETE BOMBESIN, GLUCAGON,SOMATOSTATIN-14 IN STOMACH (PROVENTRICULUS and GIZZARD)IN Gallus gallus domestica DURING THE PRENATAL and POSTNATALPERIODS.In this study, mucosal localizations of cells that secrete bombesin, glucagon andsomatostatin-14 in stomach (proventriculus and gizzard) have examined in Gallusgallus domestica during the prenatal and postnatal periods.It was determined that bombesin, glucagon and somatostatin-14 immunoreactivecells which are not related with the glandular and gastrointestinal tract lumen,appeared in homogeneous distribution in Lamina epitelialis (L. epitelialis) and glandsand also immunoreactivities in these immunoreactive cells were rather weak inprenatal and postnatal periods.The cells that secrete somatostatin-14 were firstly observed in stratified epithelium ofproventriculus and gizzard on 6th day of incubation and in this period, their densitywas few. Glucagon-immunoreactive cells were firstly seen few number in glands ofproventriculus and L. epitelialis of gizzard on 9th of incubation. This cells were alsofound a few number glands of proventriculus. Bombesin- immonureactive cells werefirstly observed in L. epitelialis of proventriculus on 17th day of incubation. Ingizzard the cells that secrete bombesin were seen firstly few number in a-week-oldchick?s L. epitelialis of gizzard.
