Tedaviye dirençli lokalize Psoriazis vulgariste topikal kolşisin tedavisi

Abstract

ÖZET Çalışmamızı S.B.Ankara Hastanesi Deri Hastalıkları polikliniğine 1989-1991 tarihleri arasında başvuran kronik, lokalize, tedaviye dirençli, psoriazis vulgaris i olan 38 hasta oluşturdu. Hastalara tanı, klinik ve histopatolojik olarak konuldu. 13 hastaya %0.5, 15 hastaya %1 konsantrasyonda kolşisin pomat, 10 hastaya ise kontrol grubu olarak vazelin pomat tedavisi uygulandı. %0.5 kolşisin pomat uygulanan hastaların %53. 85' inde ve %1 kolşisin pomat uygulanan hastaların %60. 00'ında iyileşme gözlendi. Kontrol grubundaki hiçbir hastada düzelme olmadı. Tedavi sırasında 2 hastada hafif bulantı ve 2 hastada da follikulit olmak Üzere toplam 4 hastada (%İ4,28) yan etki gelişti. Bu sonuçlarla %0.5-%l topikal kolşisin kronik, lokalize, tedaviye dirençli psoriazis vulgaris vakalarında diğer tedavi yöntemlerine alternatif bir tedavi metodu olarak değerlendirildi. 46

SUMMARY * The research was conducted on 38 patients with recalcitrant psoriasis, who attended to Ankara Hospital Dermatology Policlinic between the years 1989-1991. The diagnosis was based on both clinic and histopathologic findings. 13 of the patients were treated with 0.5% Colchicine pomade while the other group of 15 was treated with 1% Colchicine pomade. 10 patients were considered as the control group and they were treated with petrolatum. 53.85% of the patients treated with 0.5% Colchicine pomade showed improvement while 60% of the other group treated with 1% Colchicine pomade showed improvement. No improvement has been observed in the control group. 2 patients complaints related with -nausea and another 2 devoloped folliculitis hence a total of 4 patients had complaints related with side effects of the treatment. It has been proposed that 0.5-1% Colchicine pomade treatment can be used as alternative treatment for recalcitrant psoriasis. 47
