Menopoz süresinin lipid profiline etkisi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada 01.04.1992-30.01.1993 tarihleri arasında S.B. Ankara Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniği Menopoz Polikliniğinde muayene edilen 25 perimenopozal, 25 postmeno- pozal hasta değerlendirilmiştir. Perimenopoz ve postmenopoz grubundaki hastalar yaş, total koles terol VLDL, HDL, LDL ve trigliserid değerleri yönünden karşılaştı rılmış ve anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır. Postmenapozal hastalarda süreleri açısından ikiye ayrılarak aynı faktörler karşılaştırılmış 6 yıl ve daha fazla süredir menapozda olan grupta, 5 yıl ve daha az süredir menapozda olan gruba göre VLDL (P < 0.02) ve trigliserid (P < 0.01) anlamlı olarak yüksek bulunmuştur. -44-

SUMMARY In this study we assessed 25 perimenapausal and 25 postmenapa- usal patients who were examined in Ministry of Health Ankara Hospital Policlinics of menopause, Department of Gynecology and obstetrics, between 01.04.1992 - 30.01.1993. Perimenapausal and postmenapausal patients compared in respect to serum VLDL, HDL, LDL and trigliserid levels. There was no signi ficant differences between them. Same factors were investigated only in postmenopausal patients according to the duration of meno pause. This postmenopausal patients were seperated into two gro ups. The duration of menopause in the first group was 6 years lon ger and the other was 5 years or less in the second group. The for mer had higher VLDL levels (p<0.02) and higher trigliserid levels (p<0.01) than the latter. These difference was significant.. -45-
