dc.description.abstractÖZET Çalışmamızda intestinal ve ekstraintestinal örneklerde Aeromonasın görülme sıklığını araştırdık. Çalışma kapsamına gaita, BOS, kan, idrar ve yara örneklerini içeren toplam 4986 örnek alındı. Bu örneklerin 2886 'sı ekstraintestinal örnek, 2100 'ü gaitaydı.Ekstraintestinal ve intestinal örneklerde Aeromonasın izolasyon ve identif ikasyonunda farklı yöntemler izlendi. Ekstraintestinal örnekler kanlı agar, EMB ve Aeromonas besiyerine ekildi.Intestinal örneklerde gaita iki tüpe alındı. Biri GN brothda zenginleştirilerek kanlı agar, EMB,XLD veya HE ağara ekildi. Diğer örnek APS 'da zenginleştirilerek kanlı agar, EMB,XLD veya HE agar ve TCBS besiyerine ekildi. Kanlı ağardaki şüpheli B hemolizli kolonilerden oksidaz testi yapıl arak, oksidaz (+) olanlar biyokimyasal incelemeye alındı.EMB, XLD, HE agar ve Aeromonas besiyerindeki şüpheli koloniler biyokimyasal incelemeye alındı. incelenen 2100 gaita örneğinden 28 'inde (%1.3) Aeromonas sp. 107'sinde (%5.9) Shigella sp. 105' inde (%5) Vibrio sp. 30 'unda (%1.4) Salmonella sp. ve 1 ' inde (0.04) Plesiomonas izole edildi. 1829 gaita örneğinde (%87.1) spesifik etken izole edilmedi. 28 Aeromonasın 12'si A.hydrophila, 13'ü A.sobria ve 3'ü A.caviae olarak izole edilmiştir. Toplam 2886 ekstraintestinal örnekden 2'sinde (%0.06) Aeromonas saptanmıştır. Hastalardan birinden başparmağındaki yaradan A.hydrophila, diğerinin operasyon sonrası takılan T tüp dreninden A.caviae izole edilmiştir. 53
Y In our research we studied the frequency of Aeromonas in intestinal and extraintestinal specimens. A total of 4986 specimens which included stool, serebrospinal fluid, blood, urine and wound were taken for study. Of all these specimens 2886 were extraintestinal and 2100 were stool. Different procedures were used for the isolation and identification of Aeromonas in the intestinal and the extraintestinal specimens. The extraintestinal specimens were inoculated into the blood agar,EMB and Aeromonas medium. In the Intestinal specimens, the stool was into 2 seperate tubes. One of the specimens was enriched in the GN broth and then it was inoculated into the blood agar,EMB,XLD and HE medium. The other specimen was enriched in APW and it was inoculated into the blood agar, EMB, XLD, HE and TCBS medium. The oxidase test was made on the B hemolytic colonies on the blood agar and the biochemical identification of the oxidase (+) colonies were made. Biochemical identification of the suspect colonies on EMB, XLD, HE and Aeromonas medium were made. From the 2100 stool specimens 28 (%1.3) Aeromonas sp, 107 (%5.9) Shigella sp,105 (%5) Vibrio sp,30 (%1.4) Salmonella sp. and 1 (%0.04) Plesiomonas were isolated. In 1829 <%87.1) stool specimens no spesific pathogens were isolated. A.hydrophila was present in 12 of the patients, A. sobria was present in 13 of the patients and A.caviae was present in 543 of the patients. Aeromonas was isolated from extraintestinal specimens from 2 (%0.06) of 2886 specimens. A. hydrophi la was isolated from the thumb of a patient, from another patient who had been placed T tube drain after operation A.caviae was isolated. 55en_US
