dc.description.abstractÖZET S.B. Ankara Hastanesi Göz Kliniği'nde takip edilen, şaşılık cerrahisi sırasında Ayarlanabilir Sütür Tekniği uygulanmış 65 olgu, postoperatif cerrahi basan yönünden restrospektif olarak incelendi. Olguların 38'i kadın (% 58.4), 27'si erkek (% 41.5) olup, yaş ortalaması 23.95 ± 8.43 (13-61) idi. Postoperatif cerrahi basan kriteri olarak, horizontal kaymanın lOPrizm dioptri (PD), vertikal kaymanın 5PD'nin altında olması kabul edildi. Buna göre 48 olguda (% 73.8) cerrahi basan elde edildi. Olgulann 23 'ünde (% 35.3) ayarlama gerekli oldu. Şaşılık cerrahisinde ayarlanabilir sütür tekniğinin avantajlan vurgulandı. SUMMARY ADJUSTABLE SUTURE IN STRABISMUS SURGERY The results of sixty-five patients who underwent adjustable sutures in strabismus surgery were retrospectively examined in Ophthalmology Clinic of Ankara Hospital, Turkish Ministry of Health. Postoperative success rates and adjustments were evaluated. 38 of the cases (% 58.4) were female, 27 were male (% 41.5) and the mean age was 23.95 ± 8.43 (13-61). Patients were considered to have a successful surgical result if their alignment was within 10 prism diopters or less horizontally and 5 prism diopters or less vertically of orthotropia. Postoperative success gained at 48 patients (% 73.8). Adjustments were required in 23 (% 35.3) of the 65 patients. The benefits of adjustable suture techniques and minimal complications reviewed. 44
