dc.description.abstractTez çalışması kapsamında, öncelikle, (aminometil)polistiren (AMP), tereftaldehit (TA) ve 2-amino-4-metilfenol'ün kondenzasyon reaksiyonu sonucu yeni bir polimer tabanlı Schiff bazı ve bu ligandın Pt(IV) kompleksi sentezlendi. Bileşiklerin yapıları element analizi, FT-IR,1H-NMR, TGA ve SEM analizleri ile karakterize edildi. İkinci olarak, modifiye olmuş 2 polimere glukoz oksidaz enziminin immobilizasyonu adsorpsiyon yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilerek, serbest ve immobilize GOx enzimi üzerine sıcaklık ve pH parametrelerinin etkisi incelendi. (AMP-TA-MAF) ve (AMP-TA-MAF-Pt'e immobilize edilen glukoz oksidaz enziminin optimum pH değeri 8 olarak belirlendi. (AMP-TA-MAF) ve (AMP-TA-MAF-Pt'e) immobilize edilen enzimin iki optimum sıcaklık değeri ise sırasıyla 30°C/70°C ve 40°C/ 70°C olarak bulundu.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, firstly, a new polymer-based Schiff base and its Pt(IV) complex were synthesized by means of condensation reacting (aminomethyl)polystyrene (AMP), terephthaldehyde (TA) and 2-amino-4-methylphenol. The structures of the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, of FT-IR, 1H-NMR, TGA and SEM analysis. Secondly, glucose oxsidase enzyme (GOx) were immobilized on the modified polymers with using the adsorption method. The effect of pH and temperature parameters on the free and immobilized GOx enzyme was examined. The optimum pH value for immobilizied glucose oxsidase enzyme on (AMP-TA-MAF) and (AMP-TA-MAF-Pt) were determined as 8. The optimum temperature values for immobilizied enzyme on (AMP-TA-MAF) and (AMP-TA-MAF-Pt) were found two optimum temperature 30 °C / 70 °C and 40 °C / 70 °C, respectively.en_US
