dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Management By Objectives is, among its rivals, regarded au the best technique that guarantees the participation is management. This techniques when studied according to the changing understanding of the leadership style and group work, can provide a full participation through production phases. Therefore, when applied upon the leading members of management teams by making full use of group work, it will bring out positive outcomes. Today, MBO have been put into practice so as to achieve the Total Quality Management As far as the essential inputs of TQM, such as leader ship, group work, full participation, managing-on-your-own, profitability and quality, are corcerned. MBO, will be inevitably considered as the best way to keep up with the TQM. To conclude, MBO have been put in to use by great number of organizations and the out comes are more than satisfactory. | en_US |
