dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The main aim of this paper is to examine the promotion methods in the thermel tourism firms in order to increase the amant of the customers. These methods Couid be Listed as advertisement, personnel Selling, Sales Promotion and Public relations. ±n this paper it is tried to tind out that which method is the most useful and the most beneficial tor the increase or the amaunt of the customers. The effects of the methods ot the promotion on the customers of the two first class thermal tourism firms in Afyon are examined by making an tnquary araang customers of them. The aim of this inguary is to find out that whether these met hods of promotion are used in these two thermal tourism firms or not.
