dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT Organizational change is a planned and unplanned change process which effects all organizational structures techonologies, and duties. Managements decide organizational change in order to realize special or general aims and to adapt environmental changes. Organizational change approach depends on management's sectoral pecularities and administrative structures. To execute change usually be realized by planned change model. To execute organizational change successful depends on change agent's qualities who has change duties and requried conditions to be carry out. During the organizational change there occurs many reactions against it. Change agent's aim is to explain these reactions's reasons and try to solve problems of reactions by reaction prevention means. In this thesis, organizational change as a theoretical one, is composed of six parts. In the first, fundemental concepts will be explained. In the second, organizational change's aims and reasons will be explained. In the third, organizational change approach, models and phases will be explained. In the fourth, organizational conditions, executions, reactions and against reactions will be explained. In the fifth, that is a case study in that I will explain to what extend Afyon Marble Indestry Managements succeed organizational change executions.in the last, the study tries to propose organizational change executions. | en_US |
