dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The fews of today's marketing understanding is to supply and to satisfy the demands of the consumer's. The consumer's satisfy includes not only the supply of demanded foods but also after necessary services. It is necessary that an establishment should approach customers with correct selling strategies to supply solutions together with its products. In the first part of this study, the development and evolution procers.of the concept of marketing is examined in the conceptual and organizational basis. In the second part, the subjects of selling strategies and management towards customers in examined parallel to the developments and evolution's mentioned in the first part. Among the selling strategies towards customers, firstly.
