dc.description.abstractAraştırmamız, dönüşümcü liderlik davranışının proaktif davranışla ilişkisinde psikolojik sahiplenmenin aracılık etkisine odaklanmaktadır. Hipotezleri test etmek maksadıyla 2018 yılında, İstanbul ve Düzce'de yer alan 18 okulda (ilköğretim, ortaokul ve lise) görev yapmakta olan 210 öğretmene anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS istatistik yazılımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonunda dönüşümcü liderliğin proaktif davranışları artırmasında psikolojik sahiplenmenin aracı etkisi olduğu bulgulanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Dönüşümcü Liderlik, Proaktif Davranış, Psikolojik Sahiplenme
dc.description.abstractOur research focuses on the mediation effect of psychological ownership on the relationship between transformational leadership behaviour and proactive behaviour across the educational institutions. In order to test the hypotheses, a survey has been conducted on 210 primary, secondary and high school teachers of 18 schools located in Istanbul and Düzce during the year 2018. The acquired data from the survey were analyzed through the statistical software SPSS. Regression analyses have been handled so as to test the hypotheses and to define the essence of the relationships. The results of this research demonstrate that psychological ownership seems as a full mediator on the relationship between transformational leadership and proactive behaviour.Key Words: Proactive Personality, Transformational Leadership, Psychological Ownershipen_US
