Abstract

ÖZET İSTENMEYEN SERBESTLİKLERİN ELİMİNASYONU VE BİLGİSAYAR PROGRAMI CAL 80 ' İN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ ÇAKICI, Timur Yüksek Lisans Tezi, İnşaat Mühendisliği Böl. Tez Yöneticisi : Doç. Dr. Çetin YILMAZ Şubat 1988, 122 SAYFA Yapı analizinde ve dizaynında bilgisayar programlarının önemli bir yer tuttuğu yadsınamıycak bir gerçektir. Günümüzde genel amaçlı bir çok program kullanıcının hizmetine sunulmuştur. Fakat bunlardan pek azı kullanıcı tarafından yapılacak işleri en aza indirgemiş ve bazı kolaylıkları kullanıcıya sunmuştur. Bir bilgisayar programının içermesi gereken bazı temel özellikler vardır. Bunlardan bazıları kullanıcıya sallanan kolaylıkların olması.yeterli hassaslıkta çözüm yapması, çözümleme süresinin kısa olması gibi sayılabilir. Mühendislik hesaplarında çoğu zaman yaklaşık çözümler ve sonuçlar yeterlidir. O zaman sonuç üzerindeki etkisi diğerlerine göre az olan faktörleri göz önüne almayarak çözüm süresini kısaltmak daha doğru olur. Bu tez çalışmasının esas konusu olan CAL 80 statik ve dinamik analiz için kullanılan birçok komutlara sahiptir. Fakat kullanıcı için gerekli olan bazı komutlar eksiktir. Bu eksikliği gidermek için rijitlik vve kütle matrislerinin boyutlarını küçülterek çözüm süresini kısaltan bazı yeni komutlar eklenmiştir. Bunun yanısıra çerçeve ve kafes elemanlarının kütle matrislerini otomatik olarak oluşturacak komutlar da ilave edilmiştir. Ayrıca çok sayıda kolon ve kirişten oluşan bir çerçeveninde kısa bir veri olarak bilgisayara yüklenmesi kolaylaştırılmıştır. CAL 80 'in komutlarına yeni eklenen komutların doğruluğu SAP IV isimli bilgisayar programıyla ve referans listesindeki bazı kitaplarda verilmiş olan sonuçlarla karşılaştırılarak kontrol edilmiştir. Prof. Dr. Çetin YILMAZ Februarry 1988, 122 PAGES Computer programs have an important place in both structural analysis and design of structures. This fact can not be denied by anybody. Nowadays, a great number of general purpose computer programs are open to public use. However just a few of these programs present lots of utilities for the nonprofessionalized users. There are some properties that must be included in a computer program. Some of these may be listed as number of utilities presented to the user «precision of the results, and short solution time,etc. In general approximate solutions and results are sufficient in most of the engineering problems. In this case, the factors, which may have lower importance with respect to the others, may be disregarded. This will result economy in the solution time of the computer. The program CAL80, which is the main subject of this work, has a number of commands that may be used in both static and dynamic analysis of structures. But in the previous version of CAL80 library some gaps were iiipresent. To fill this requirement some new commands, which can be used in reduction of non-essential degrees of freedom and generation of mass matrices, are added. In addition to these a new command for automatic- generation of structure stiffness matrix, is also available in the CAL80 library now. The accuracy of the new commands are checked by comparing the results of CAL80 with some results given [5,6] in the text books and the resuls of SAP IV.
