dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında ilk olarak 4-(kloroasetil)bifenil, Friedel-Crafts açilleme reaksiyonuna göre alüminyum klorür katalizörü eşliğinde, bifenil ve kloroasetil klorür kullanılarak sentezlenmiştir. Kuru HCl gazı varlığında 4-(kloroasetil)bifenil ile izo-pentilnitritin reaksiyonuyla, 1-(4-fenilfenil)-2-kloro-2-hidroksiimino-1-etanon (kloroketoksim) elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu kloroketoksime soğuk ortamda ayrı ayrı fenilalanin, tirosin ve lösin eklenerek 1-(4-fenilfenil)-2-(alkilamino)-2-hidroksiimino-1-etanon türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen bu ligandlara, uygun metal tuzları eklenerek herbir ligandın mononükleer Cu(II) ve Fe(II) kompleksleri sentezlenmiş ve sentezlenen tüm ligand ve komplekslerin yapıları elemental analiz, manyetik duyarlılık, molar iletkenlik, 1H- ve 13C-NMR, FT-IR, ICP-OES, Uv-Vis ve TG-DTG çalışmalarıyla aydınlatılmıştır. Ayrıca sentezlenen komplekslerin sulu ortamdan metilen mavisi boyasının giderilmesindeki etkinlikleri incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study, firstly, 4-(chloroacetyl)biphenyl has been synthesized according to Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction accompanied by catalyzer of aluminum chloride by using biphenyl and chloroacetyl chloride. 1-(4-Phenylphenyl)-2-chloro-2-hydroxyimino-1-ethanone (chloroketoxime) has been obtained reaction of 4-(chloroacetyl)biphenyl with isopentyl nitrite in the presence of dry HCl gas. Derivatives of 1-(4-phenylphenyl)-2-(alkylamino)-2-hidroksiimino-1-etanon have been synthesized by reacting chloroketoxime with phenylalanine, tyrosine and leucine in cold medium.Mononuclear Cu(II) and Fe(II) complexes have been synthesized by adding metal salts in suitable solvent to these ligands obtained and all ligand synthesized and structures of complexes have been illuminated through the study of elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, 1H- and 13C-NMR, FT-IR, ICP OES, Uv-Vis and TG-DTG. In addition, the effectiveness of the synthesized complexes in removing methylene blue dye from aqueous media has been investigated.en_US
