dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The small and middle enterprise have a very importand economics and social functions, in the world and in Turkey. The partion of the small and middle enterprise betwen the total enterprise of Turkey is with a general expression %98 and %76 in the total of employement. That meens to say that in the economy of Turkey is dominant small and middle structure. In that cove the small and middle shoult be lived, enusuroged and shurse up. Turkey is a country wich developped. Our country need foregin exchange for should be of the standart of the devoleped country. And Dio from the other and there is a big rivel. My because of special in the world For exist in this hard livley and for the development of our country, first of all the big entreprise and the small and middle enterprise should opened to the foraign marketing. İn our country the most importand factor for the opening of the small and middle enterprise to the foreign marketing is the administrator factor. Because of this factor the ad. Ministrator is analysed theorical and practical. In the first paut it's explained the definition and the characteristic, the classification and the importance from the social and economic side of the small and middle enterprise. And in the second past the function administrator of the small and middle enterprise. In this third part it's explained the importance of the export, the determination, the forms and the degrees of the participation from the entreprise to the export. The object of this paut is to give general informations about the export and to explain the characteristics of the small and middle enterprise who made exports.In the fourth part there is the leasons in pirincipal little from the small and middle enterprise why they should opening to the foreign marketing. At the last part there is an aplication work about the flowers sector in Antalya in the direction of our discussion in our working.en_US
