dc.description.abstract | 537.ÖZETBu çalışma, OA `li hastalara intraartiküler olarakverilen yüksek ve düşük ağırlıklı Hyalüronik asit, NSAİ,Oral E vitamini ile birlikte intraartiküler Hyalüronik asitetkilerini araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. AmerikanRomatoloji Koleji Diz Osteoartriti kriterlerine göre OAtanısı konan 75 hasta çalışma programına alındı. Hastalarrastgele seçilerek 15'şer kişilik beş gruba ayrıldı.Yalnızca%0.9 luk serum fizyolojik verilen 5. grup kontrol grubuolarak alındı.1. gruba yüksek molekül ağırlıklıhyaluronik asit 2 ml hylan G-F 20 (Synvisc®) 3 hafta araile intraartiküler uygulandı. 2. Gruba birer hafta arayla 3kez 2 ml yüksek molekül ağırlıklı hyaluronik asit hylanintraartiküler G-F 20 (Synvisc®) ile birlikte günde tek doz3 hafta 400 IU oral E vitamini (Grandpherol®) uygulandı.3.grub hastalara tek doz intraartiküler 20 mgr tenoxicamuygulandı. 4. grup hastalara birer hafta arayla 5 kez 2 mldüşük molekül ağırlıklı Na hyaluronat-hyaluronan(Hyalgan ®) intraartiküler uygulandı.WOMAC ağrı indeksi değerleri hastalarauygulanarak veriler student T testi ile istiksel olarak analizedildi.Tedavi öncesi ve tedavi sonrası analiz edilen verileranlamlı bulundu. | |
dc.description.abstract | 548. SUMMARYThe aim of this study is to investigate the effects ofintaarticularly applied high and low molecular weighthyaluronic acid, NSAID and vitamin-E on patients withosteoarthritis. 75 patients who have been diagnosed ashaving osteoarthritis according to the criteria of AmericanRomatology College Knee Osteoarthritis Scale wereincluded in this study. There were five groups consistingof randomly selected 15 patients. Only the patients whowere given 0.9 % saline were in control group. While 2mililiters of hylan G-F 20 (Synvisc®) with high molecularweight hyaluronic acid content was administeredintraarticularly to patients in Group-I once a week for 3weeks, patients in Group-II were administeredintaarticular injection of 2 mililiters of hylan G-F 20(Synvisc®) with high molecular weight hyaluronic acidcontent once a week with 400 IU of oral vitamin-E(Grandpherol®) once a day for three weeks. Patients inGroup-III were administered one dose of 20 mgTenoxicam intraarticularly. Patients in Group-IV wereapplied intaarticular injection of 2 ml of hyaluronan(Hyalgan ®) containing low molecular weight sodiumhyaluronate once a week for 5 weeks. WOMAC Pain Scalevalues were applied to patients and Student?s t-test wasused in statistical analysis of the data. We have found55statistically significant difference between the data pickedbefore and after the treatment. | en_US |
