dc.description.abstractKAH, KBH ve SDBY hastalarında en önemli morbidite ve mortalite nedenlerinden biridir. Bu çalışma HD alan SDBY hastalarında gated SPECT MPS'nin etkinliğinin EKO ile karşılaştırılarak araştırılması amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmaya 30 hasta dahil edildi ve bir hafta ara ile gated SPECT MPS ve EKO yapıldı. Her iki yöntemden elde edilen kalitatif ve kantitatif veriler değerlendirildi. Gated SPECT MPS'nde hesaplanan EF ile EKO'da ölçülen EF arasında, gated SPECT MPS'nde KAH varlığı ile EKO'da tesbit edilen diastolik disfonksiyon arasında ve gated SPECT MPS'nde hesaplanan EDV ile EKO'da ölçülen diastolik çap arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı korelasyon olduğu görüldü. EKO'da izlenmemesine rağmen, MPS'nin gated SPECT özelliği sayesinde sol ventrikül duvarlarında hareket bozukluğu da tesbit edildi. Dolayısıyla gated SPECT MPS, gerek sistemik yan etkisi olmaması gerekse KAH'nın tanısındaki yüksek sensitivite ve spesivitesi ile kronik böbrek hastaları gibi hassas populasyonlarda oldukça değerli bir yöntemdir.Anahtar kelimeler: Ekokardiyografi, hemodiyaliz, koroner arter hastalığı, kronik böbrek yetmezliği, myokard perfüzyon sintigrafisi.
dc.description.abstractCoronary artery disease is the most important morbidity and mortality cause for patients with chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease. Our study was done to investigate dedection efficiency of gated SPECT MPS in coronary heart disease in heamodialysis patients with end stage renal disease by comparising with echocardiography. Thirty patients were included to the study and gated SPECT MPS and echocardiography were done with a week interval. Qualitative and quantitative data which were obtained from both methods were evaluated. Statistical significant correlation was seen between gated SPECT MPS EF and echocardiographic EF, coronary artery disease precence in gated SPECT MPS and diastolic disfunction in echocardiography, end diastolic volume in gated SPECT MPS and diastolic diameter in echocardiography. Owing to gated SPECT property of MPS, left ventricul motion disorders were dedected inspite of no motion disorder was recognized in echocardiography. Consequently gated SPECT MPS has great value in coronary heart disease with high sensitivity and spesivity and without systematic side effects for oversensitive populations like end stage renal disease patients.Key words: Echocardiography, heamodialysis, coronary artery disease, chronic renal insufficiency, myocardial perfusion scintigraphy.en_US
