dc.description.abstractOrgut kulturu, orgutun iiyeleri tarafmdan paylasilan deger, inane ve tutumlarolarak tarumlanabilir. Ve her orgut, calisanlannm paylasmis oldugu deger, inane vetutumlar acismdan kendine ozgu bir orgut kiiltiirii olusturmaktadir. Orgut kiiltiiriiniinolusmasinda iiyelerinin sosyodemografik ozellikleri ve cahsma yasamlanna aitozellikleri etkili olmaktadir.Orgut kulturu her orgut gibi hastaneler icin de onemlidir, Her hastane kendineozel bir orgut kulturu olusturmaktadir, Hastane calrsanlanntn sahip olduklanozelliklerin orgut kulturunun olusmasmdaki etkisinin bilinmesi ve hastanelerdekiorgut kiiltiiriiniin belirlenerek, yoneticilerin orgut kulturunu orgutun hedef veamaclanyla uyumlastirabilmesi, cahsanlann kuruma baghhgnu ve verilen hizmetinkalitesini artirmada etkin rol oynayacaktir.Bu arastirmanm temel amaci, hastanelerde cahsan personelinsosyodemografik ve cahsma yasarmna ait ozelliklerinin, i~ ve i~ yerlerine iliskindusunce, tutum ve davraruslanndaki etkisini belirlemek ve farkh ozelliklere sahiphastanelerde cahsan personelin orgut kiiltiiriine iliskin degerlendirrnelerinden yolacrkarak bu hastanelerdeki orgut kiiltiiriinii acrklamaya cahsmakttr.Bu arastirmarun kuramsal cercevesinin belirlenmesinde ve verilerinyorumlanmasmda temelde yapisalci islevselci yaklasim benimsenmistir.Arastirmamn evrenini Burdur ve Isparta'da bulunan iiniversite hastanesi, devlethastaneleri ve ozel hastaneler olusturmaktadir. Orneklem icin bu hastane gruplannitemsilen birer hastane secilmis ve toplam 307 cahsan tarafmdan gorusme formudoldurulmustur, Arastirma 10 Eyliil Subat 2007 tarihinde baslayip, 20 Mayis 2007tarihinde sonlanrrustir. Arastirma verilerinin degerlendirilmesinde SPSS (StatisticalPackage For Social Sciences) kullamlrmstir.Sonne olarak, hastanelerde cahsan personelin sosyodemografik ozellikleri vecahsma yasamma ait ozellikleri orgut kiiltiiriiniin olusmasmda etkili olmaktadir.Ancak, bahsedilen kultur hastane yonetimlerince ozel bir caba sonucu olusturulmusorgute ozgu bir kiiltiir olmaktan cok, cahsanlann etkilesiminden dogmus, cahsanlannbenzer niteliklerinin etkisini tasiyan bir kiiltiir oldugu soylenebilir.
dc.description.abstractOrganizational culture can be defined as values, beliefs and behaviours which areshared by the members of the organization. And each organization produces its own spesificorganizational culture in terms of values, beliefs and behaviours shared by its members. Itsmembers socio-demografic qualities and their working qualifications have an impact onproducing the organizational culture.Organizational Culture is important for the hospitals like every organization. Eachhospital produces its own spesific organizational culture .Knowing that the qualifications ofthe employees in hopitals has an effect on forming the organizational culture and managers'in hosptals making the organizational culture be harmony with the values and goals of theorganization by determining the organizational culture in the hospitals will play an importantrole in increase in the quality of the service in the hospitals and their employees' devotion tothe organization.The basic aim of this study is to determine the socio-demografic and the workingplaces qualifications of the personel working in the hospitals and its effect on their opinions,attitudes,and behaviours in regard to their working places and jobs and try to explain theorganizational culture in these kind of hospitals thaks to staff -working in hospitals havingvarious qualifications-assessments related to the organisational culture.Basically the stuctural and functional approach was used in determining the theoricframe of this study and interpreting the data. The universe of the study includes theUniversiy Hospitals in Burdur and Isparta The State Hospitals and The private Hospitals. Forsample one hospital representing these hospital groups was chosen and interview forms werefilled by 307 workers. The study began 10 September 2007 and ended 20 May 2007. SPSSwas used in evaluating the data of the study.As a result ,the socio-demografic and working life qualifications of the staff working inhospitals have an effect on forming the organizational culture. But, such a culture mentionedabove can be said as not a specific one formed by the hospital administrations with specificeffort but as one produced by the interactions of the workers and conveying the effects oftheir similiar qualificationsen_US
