Terör ve Türkiye`de bölücü terör bağlamında pkk

Abstract

Terör ve Terörizm kavramları, üzerinde uzlaşılabilecek bir tanımın ya da çözümlemenin yapılmadığı problematik kavramlardır. Terörizm konusundaki uzlaşmazlıklar sonuçta, bir tarafın terör olarak nitelediği bir eylemi ya da olayı diğer tarafın da böyle nitelemesi, bazı hallerde meşrulaştırıcı bir yaklaşım sergilemesi şeklinde görünür. Bu çalışmada terör ve Türkiye'de bölücü terör bağlamında PKK terör örgütünün terör olayları sosyal hareketler sosyolojisi açısından değerlendirilmiştir.

Terror and terrorism are problematic concepts on which an acceptable definition or analysis can?t be made. The disagreement on terrorism appears when one side defines an event or action as terrorism, whereas the other side doesn?t also in some occasions this side seems as trying to legalize this terrorism. In this study, terrorist acts and the general reasons and results of the separatist PKK terror organization which has been a great burden in Turkey for years, have been examined and suggestions for solution have been evaluated. The study consists of three parts;In the first part, ?the consept of terrorism and its reasons? have been examined; in this concern, the coverage and meaning of terrorism, anarchy, definition of terror and terrorism, kinds and classification of terrorism will be focused on.In the second part, terrorism in Turkey has been evaluated, the historical development of terrorism in Turkey and the kinds of terrorism in Turkey Will be focused on and explained in classified way.In the third part, the harmfull terror organizations,the terror organization having harmfull aims and the foundation, targets and goals, and the historical development of the PKK terror organisation have been examined; in this concern, the reasons of PKK terrorism and suggestion of solutions of ethnic based PKK terrorism in Turkey which, for years, has suffered from terrorism will be mentioned.In the conclusion part, examining the features of the terror acts, the acts of PKK terror organization and suggestions for solution towards these acts have been evaluated.
