dc.description.abstract | TÜRKÇE ÖZET Bu çalışmada, 5-fluorourasilin tavşanlarda oksidatif stres ve antioksidan enzim aktiviteleri üzerine olan etkileri araştırıldı. Tavşanlar üç gruba ayrılarak deney gruplarına intraperitoneal yolla 5-Fluorourasil enjekte edildi. Daha sonra kan örnekleri almdı ve eritrosit hemolizatlarında SOD ve GSH-Px aktivite ölçümleri yapıldı. Sonuçta, I. ve E. küre ait eritrosit hemolizatlarındaki SOD aktiviteleri kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulundu (p<0.05). Ayrıca GSH- Px enzim aktiviteleri de I. (pO.001) ve II. (pO.001) kür için kontrol grubuna göre yüksek bulundu. Fakat H grubun sonuçlan I. gruba göre anlamlı derecede düşük bulundu (p<0.01). | |
dc.description.abstract | 52 7. SUMMARY In this study, it has been investigated the effects of 5- Fluorouracil to oxidative stress and antioxidant enzyme activities on rabbits. Rabbits were divided into three groups and 5- Fluorouracil was injected to experiment groups via intraperitoneally. After that samples were collected from the rabbits and RBC hemolysate was used for the assay of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). In addition, at the samples of first and second cures the activities of RBC hemolysate antioxidant enzymes such as SOD, showed significant decrease (p<0.05) as compared with control group. Also GSH-Px activities for the first (pO.OOl) and second (p<0.001) experimental groups, showed significant increase as compared with control group. But the second group's results were significantly decreased as compared first one (p<0.01). | en_US |
