Prof. Mac i t KARABAY September 1991, £30 pages In this study, Computer Aided Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods are implemented to some chosen parts from three different Quality Control (QC) systems. By this way, all possible kinds of present QC systems are taken into consideration. In order to see the effects of the implementations, a series of observations are performed. illAccording to the results of the observations a database is constructed and this database is added to a computer program which is written in Turbo PASCAL VI language. This software mainly performs a break even point analysis and gives an idea about implementing Computer Aided SPC system to present QC systems or not. Therefore this software can be used for the feasibility study of the stated QC system.
