Geleneksel yöntemlerle is mürekkebi yapımı ve uygulama sonuçları

Abstract

Karışım manasına gelen mürekkep kelimesi, kendisiyle yazı yazılabilen herhangi bir sıvıyı ifade eden bir ıstılah olarak kullanılır. Çeşitli renklerde ve malzemelerden üretilen mürekkepler içinde isten imal edilerek siyah renkte yazmayı sağlayan mürekkeplere is mürekkebi denir. Tarih içinde edinilen tecrübeler, sanatsal ve kaliteli mürekkebin neft ve bezir (keten tohumu) yağından çıkarılan isten elde edilebildiğini göstermiştir. İs mürekkebinin diğer temel malzemeleri ise zamk (Arap zamkı) ve sudur. Birçok is mürekkebi tarifi kitaplar aracılığı ile günümüze ulaşmıştır. Bugün kullanılan kimyasal mürekkepler yerine doğal ve kalıcı olan is mürekkeplerinin kullanılabilirliğini araştırmak çalışmamızın ana eksenini oluşturmaktadır. Bunun için mevcut is mürekkebi tariflerini aslına sadık kalarak yeniden yaparak ürettiğimiz mürekkeplerden edindiğimiz çıkarımları yazmaya ve bu tarifleri geliştirmeye gayret ettik. Böylece geleneksel is mürekkebinin günümüzde daha bilinir ve kullanılır olmasını amaçlamaktayız.

Ink is any liquid that used for writing. Inks are produced with many colors and methods since the invention of writing. Soot is one of the materials for use to producing of ink. Inks produced with soot are named soot ink terminologically and using for to write in black color. Acquired experiences throughout history showed the best material to take soot are linseed oil and naphtha. Other basic materials of soot ink are gum arabic and pure water. Many soot ink formulas have reached the present day with books. It is the main axis of our thesis to be able to use the natural and permanent soot inks instead of the chemical inks used today. For this firstly we have tried to produce the current formulas. With the experiences, we have made from the inks we have produced we tried to develop these recipes. Thus we aim to make the traditional soot ink more used and known today.
