Kayıtdışı ekonomi ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişki: Türkiye örneği (1990-2018)

Abstract

Kayıtdışı Ekonomi İle Ekonomik Büyüme Arasındaki İlişki 1990'dan Günümüze Türkiye ÖrneğiGeçmişten günümüze devam etmekte olan kayıt dışı ekonomi, toplumun tüm kesimlerini ilgilendiren önemli bir olgudur. Bu olgu üzerine son yıllarda artan çalışmalar olduğu bilinmekle birlikte, devletlerin gelirleriyle ilişkili olması konunun önemini bir kat daha arttırmaktadır.Bu çalışmanın ilk bölümünde kayıt dışı ekonomi kavramının tanımını, özellikleri ve sınıflandırmasının ele alınıp, insanların neden kayıt dışı ekonomiye yöneldikleri ayrıntılı olarak incelemesi yapılacaktır.Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde kayıt dışı ekonomi kavramının etki ettiği alanlarda olumlu, olumsuz etkileri araştırılacak ve kayıt dışı ekonomiyi ölçmeye yönelik çalışmalar üzerinde durulacaktır.Çalışmamızın üçüncü ve son bölümünde ise basit parasal oran yöntemi ile elde edilecek olan kayıt dışı ekonominin, ekonomik büyümeyi etkileyip etkilemediği belirtilen yıllar içerisinde ekonometrik olarak araştırılıp sonuç bölümünde yorumlanmıştır.

The Relationship Between Shadow Economy and Economic Growth: The Case in Turkey from 1990 until TodayThe shadow economy is an important is an important phenomenon that regards to every part of the society from the past till the present time. Withthe knowledge that there has been increasing literature regarding that phenomenon recently, the fact that it is related to the income of goverments increases the importance of the topic more.İn this paper, the first section covers the definition og shadow economy,its characteristics, and its classification. After that, a thorough investigation of the reasons why people incline to shadow economy will take place.The second section covers the positive and/or negative efefects of the definition og the shadow economy in the sectors that have been affected by it. On the other hand, attempts to measure the shadow economy will be presented.The third and last sectioncovers the examination whether or not the shadow economy, which is created by basic monetary ratio technique, affects the economic growth and econometric estimations within the abovementioned years will be carries out
