63 Numaralı Manisa Şer`iyye Sicili`nin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Şehir tarihi, son dönemlerde oldukça önem kazanan tarih çalışmalarındandır. Şer'iyye Sicilleri bu çalışmalara ışık tutan en önemli kaynaklardandır. Çalışmamız XVII. yüzyılda Manisa'da faaliyet gösteren, sosyal birer kurum olan vakıfları ele almaktadır.1626-27 ve sonlara doğru 1630-1631 yıllarını ele alan 63 numaralı şer'iyye sicilinde kaydedilen cami, mescid, köprü, çeşme, muallimhâne ve amacı belirtilmeyen vakıflar, mali durumları ön planda olmak üzere görevlileri, çeşitli meslek kolları, faaliyet gösterdikleri tarih ve borçluları açısından incelendi. Vakıfların daha çok hangi şehrin hangi bölgelerinde kurulduğuna dair bilgilere ulaşıldı.

Urban history is one of the most important historical studies in our day. Court records are the most important sources that shed light on these studies. Our study focuses on the foundations, which worked as social institutions in Manisa in the 17th century.1627The mosques, masjids, bridges, fountains, schools and unmentioned purpose-foundations within the number 63 of court records, which contain 1627 to 1628 and 1632 to 1633 years, were examined according to their financial status, their officials, various Professional branches, the date of operation and the borrowers. Information was gathered on the regions where the foundations were established.
