dc.description.abstract | VÖZETBu çalı ma ile Burdur ve Isparta illerinde klinik pneumonili koyunlardan izoleedilen bakteriyel etkenler ve antibakteriyal duyarlılıklarının belirlenmesi amaçlandı.Bu amaçla, pneumonili 160 koyun akci erinden alınan örneklerde yapılanbakteriyolojik ekimler sonucu örneklerin 15 (%22.06)'inde Staphylococcus aureus vePasteurella spp., 11 (%16.18)'inde Candida spp., 10 (%14.71)'unda Klebsiellapneumonia, 9 (%13.24)'unda E. coli, 3 (%4.41)'ünde Streptococcus spp. veCorynebacterium spp., 2 (%2.94)'sinde Enterobacter spp. olmak üzere 68 bakteriizole edildi.Bakterilerin antibiyotik duyarlılık testleri Kirby-Bauer disk difüzyon yönteminegöre belirlendi. S. aureus su ları oxytetrasiklin, amoksasilin+klavulanik asit'e %100,ampisilin, amoksisilin ve danofloksasin'e %93.33, Pasteurella spp. su larıoxytetrasiklin, amoksisilin klavulanik asit, ampisilin, amoksisilin ve neomisin'e %100, danofloksasin'e %93.33, Klebsiella pneumonia su ları oksitetrasiklin,amoksisilin, neomisin, gentamisin, sülfamethaksazol / trimethoprim ve sefaperazona%100, amoksisilin klavulanikasit, ampisilin, danofloksasin'e % 90 duyarlı bulundu.Anahtar Kelimeler: Pneumoni, koyun, antibiyotik duyarlılı ı. | |
dc.description.abstract | VISUMMARYIn this study, it was aimed to isolate the bacteria isolated bacteria from sheep withclinic pneumonia in Burdur and Isparta province and to determine of the antibioticsensitivity. By the aim, a total of 160 lung samples from sheep with pneumonia wascollected from Burdur and Isparta province A total of 68 bacterial agents was isolatedfrom the 42 (25.33 %) of 160 sheep lung. Isolated microorganisms were identified asfollows: 15 (22.06%) were Pasteurella spp and Staphylococcus aureus, 11 (16.18%)Candida spp., 10 (14.71%) Klebsiella pneumonia, 9 (13.24%) E. coli, 3(4.41%)Streptococcus spp. and Corynebacterium spp. and 2 (2.94%) Enterobacter spp.Antibacterial susceptibility of microorganisms to various antibiotics were testedby Kirby-Bauer disc diffussion methods. Staphylococcus aureus isolates weredetermined to sensitive 100% oxytetracycline and amoxicillin/klavulanic acid, 93.33%ampicillin, amoxycillin and danofloxacin, Pasteurella spp. strains 100%oxytetracycline, amoxicillin/klavulanic acid, ampicillin, amoxicillin and neomycin,93.33% danofloxacin, and Klebsiella pneumonia 100% oxytetracycline, amoxicillin,neomycin, gentamicin, sulphamethaksazole/trimethoprime, cefaperazone, 90%amoxicillin / klavulanic acid, ampicillin and danofloxacin.Key words: Pneumoni, sheep, antibiotic susceptibility. | en_US |
