Kırsal kalkınma destekleri kapsamındaki genç çiftçi ruminant hayvancılık projelerinin verimliliğinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışma Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı tarafından gerçekleştirilmiş olan Genç Çiftçi projesi uygulamasının Hatay ölçeğinde değerlendirilmesi için yapılmıştır. Yetiştiriciler ile proje hakkındaki görüşlerini sorgulayan ve 62 sorudan oluşan anket formu kullanılarak anket yapılmıştır. Anket ile toplanan veriler SPSS paket programında frekans analizi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Proje sonunda yetiştiricilere istedikleri verim yönü ile uyumlu hayvan dağıtılmadığı, yetiştiricilerinin eğitim seviyelerinin düşük olduğu, maddi durumu yetersiz olan yetiştiricilerin proje yararlanıcısı olarak seçilmiş olmaları nedeni ile hayvanların bakımında sorunlar olduğu, bu nedenle istenilen verimlerin sağlanamadığı, özellikle büyükbaş hayvanlarda üreme problemleri bulunduğu ve bu durumun zorunlu yapay tohumlama uygulamasından kaynaklanmış olabileceği belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu aksaklıklara rağmen proje yararlanıcıları, genellikle hayvancılık yapmaktan memnun olduklarını ve bu işi sürdürmek istediklerini belirtmişlerdir.

This study was conducted to evaluate the application of the Young Farmer Project implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the Hatay scale. A questionnaire consisting of 62 questions was used to question the opinions of the breeders about the project. The data collected by the questionnaire were evaluated by frequency analysis in SPSS package program. At the end of the project, the animals were not distributed to the breeders in accordance with the desired yield aspect, the level of education of the breeders was low, the problems in the care of the animals were not achieved due to the fact that the breeders who were inadequate financial status were selected as project beneficiaries, therefore the desired yields could not be provided, and especially in bovine breeding problems. artificial insemination. Despite these problems, the project beneficiaries stated that they are generally pleased with the animal husbandry and want to continue this work.
