dc.description.abstractDünya zeytinyağı üretiminde İspanya, İtalya, Yunanistan ve Türkiye gibi Akdeniz ülkeleri başı çekmektedir. Ancak, üretim prosesi sonrasında açığa çıkan ve yüksek kirletici özelliklerine sahip zeytin karasuyu (atıksu) bu ülkeler için ivedilikle çözülmesi gereken bir sorundur. Karasu, organik madde, katı madde, kimyasal oksijen ihtiyacı, fenolik madde içeriği çok yüksek bir atıktır ve asidik pH' ya sahiptir. Bu nedenle karasuyun çevreye en az zarar verebilecek hale getirilmesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada , Aydın ve Muğla yöresinde bulunan zeytinyağı üretim tesisinden alınan zeytin karasuyunun ve pirina+karasuyun karakteristik özellikleri incelenmiştir. pH, askıda katı madde, yağ ve gres, kimyasal oksijen ihtiyacı gibi karakteristikleri belirlenmiştir. 3-fazlı sistem ile çalışan fabrikalarda zeytin karasuyu için, KOİ 101,00-429,00 mg/L, askıda katı madde miktarı 16,98-30,46 g/L, yağ ve gres içeriği 4,28-10,42 g/L, pH 4,03-4,70, iletkenlik 5435,33-8275,67 µS/cm, toplam katı madde 43,01-76,66 g/L, toplam çözünmüş katı madde 14,38-46,20 g/L, BOİ5 780,00-1740,00 mg/L, Ni 0,124-0,34 mg/L, Cu T.E-1,06 mg/L, Pb 0,07-0,24 mg/L, Zn 5,84-8,44 mg/L, Cr 0,23-0,87 mg/L, Mn 0,23-2,00 mg/L, Cd 0,02-0,03 mg/L, Fe 2,27-8,87 mg/L, Co 0,01-0,10 mg/L, Fenol 2,95-4,43 mg/L, Lignin 6,36-9,66 mg/L, fosfat 0,17-0,40 mg/L, amonyum 1,70-2,85 mg/L, nitrat 2,26-3,90 mg/L, nitrit 0,01-0,02 mg/L olarak bulunmuştur. 2-fazlı sistem ile çalışan fabrikalarda pirina + karasu için, yağ içeriği %1,26-4,40 , nem% 61,97-68,14, Fe 2,98-10,16 mg/L, Cr 0,33-0,96 mg/L, Zn 12,19-29,90 mg/L, Ni 0,31-0,46 mg/L, Cu 0,01-0,12mg/L, Pb 0,25-0,37 mg/L, Mn 0,70-1,14 mg/L, Cd 0,06-0,09 mg/L, Co 0,03-0,12 mg/L olarak bulunmuştur. Kesikli sistem ile çalışan fabrikalarda zeytin karasuyu için, KOİ 560,00 mg/L, askıda katı madde miktarı 14,72 g/L, yağ ve gres içeriği 9,96 g/L, pH 3,92, iletkenlik 9177,33 µS/cm, toplam katı madde 33,84 g/L, toplam çözünmüş katı madde 19,12 g/L, BOİ5 720,00 mg/L, Ni 0,10 mg/L, Cu T.E, Pb 0,12 mg/L, Zn 4,79 mg/L, Cr 0,04 mg/L, Mn 0,12 mg/L, Cd 0,03 mg/L, Fe 2,74 mg/L, Co 0,01 mg/L, Fenol T.E, Lignin 3,19 mg/L, fosfat 0,11 mg/L, amonyum 1,33 mg/L, nitrat 2,08 mg/L , nitrit 0,006 mg/L olarak bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada incelenen zeytin karasuyu ve pirina+karasu numuneleri, diğer çalışmalarda incelenen zeytin karasuyu, pirina+karasu gibi yüksek kirlilik derecesine sahiptir. dc.description.abstractSome Mediterranean countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey take the lead in the production of olive oil in the world. However, olive mill wastewater which is released after the production process has characteristics of pollutant, is the problem that has to be solved urgently by these countries. The olive mill wastewater is the waste that contains high organic matter,solid matter, chemical oxygen demand, phenolic matter and it has acidic pH. Therefore olive mill wastewater has to evaluated for minimum harm to the environment. In this study, characteristic properties of olive mill wastewater and pomace+olive mill wastewater from olive oil production facility located in the region of Aydın and Muğla has been examined and some characteristic properties such as pH, suspended solids, oil and grease, chemical oxygen demand were determined. For the olive mill wastewater that works with dıscrete system, it has been found out that, COD is 560,00 mg / L, the amount of suspended solids is 14,72 g / L, the content of oil and grease is 9,96 g / L, pH 3,92, conductivity 9177,33 μS / cm, total solids 33,84 g / L, total dissolved solids 19,12 g / L, BOD5 720,00 mg / L, Ni 0,10 mg / L, Cu TE, Pb 0,12 mg / L, Zn 4,79 mg/L, Cr 0.04 mg / L, Mn 0,12 mg/L, Cd 0,03 mg / L, Fe 2,74 mg / L, Co 0,01 mg / L, Phenol TE, lignin 3,19 mg / L, phosphate 0,11 mg / L, ammonium 1,33 mg/L, nitrate 2,08 mg/L, nitrite 0,006 mg/L.
