Farklı dozlarda katı biyogaz atıklarının buğday (Triticum aestivum L.) bitkisinin verim ve kalitesi üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Adnan Menderes Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Çiftliğinde 2016/2017 buğday üretim sezonunda tesadüf blokları bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın amacı üç farklı mineral azot gübre dozu (0, 9, 18 kg/da) ve beş farklı katı biyogaz atık dozu uygulamasının (0,2, 4, 6, 8 ton/da) ve bunların kombinasyonlarının buğday bitkisinde verim ve kalite üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi ve katı biyogaz atıklarının tarımsal üretimde kullanılmasının toprak verimliliğine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır.Elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde, katı biyogaz atık uygulaması ve mineral azot uygulaması ile bunların kombinasyonları ekmeklik buğday bitkisinde bitki boyunun 67.7-88.0 cm, metrekarede başak sayısının 228-470 adet, başakta tane sayısının 14-30 adet, bin tane ağırlığının 35.7-48.7g, hektolitre ağırlığının 71.5-74.4 kg/hl, tek başak ağırlığının 0.95-3.10 g, tek başak veriminin 0.70-2.38 kg/da, bayrak yaprak alan miktarının 14.8-30.17 cm2, tane veriminin 138.7-561.4 kg/da arasında değişmesine neden olmuştur. Tanede kül oranının % 1.5-1.7 ve tanede lif oranın% 2.7-3.4, toplam fenol içeriğinin 158.15-361.84 µg GAE/g ve antioksidan aktivitesinin %16.17-29.68 değerleri arasında değişmesine neden olmuştur. Kullanılan mineral azot dozları tanede nişasta oranı, tanede lif oranı, tanede protein oranı ve tarlada bitki çıkış sayısı oranları hariç diğer tüm verim ve kalite parametreleri üzerinde olumlu etkiler göstermiştir. Denemede genel olarak 6 ton/da katı biyogaz atığı ile 9 kg/da mineral azot dozu kombinasyonunda daha iyi sonuçlar tespit edilmiştir.

This study was conducted on the research and experimental fields at Adnan Menderes University Agriculture Faculty Research Farm during wheat growing period in 2016/2017. The experiment included the effects of three different mineral nitrogen fertilizer doses (0, 9, 18 kg/da) and five different solid biogas waste doses (0, 2, 4, 6, 8 ton/da) and their combinations on yield and quality of wheat. Also the aim of the study was to investigate and evaluate the effects of solid biogas waste as fertilizer in agricultural production and benefits on soil fertility.According to the obtained yield and quality results, statistically significant differences were found in the yield and quality parameters. The wheat plant height values ranged between 67.7 to 88 cm, the number of ears per square meter from 228 to 470, the number of kernels per ear from 14 to 30, the thousand grain weight from 35.7 to 48.7 g, the wheat grain yield from 138.7 to 608.8 kg/da, the hectoliter weight from 71.5 to 74.4 kg/hl, the single ear weight from 0.95 to 3.10 g, the single ear yield from 0.70 to 2.38 g, the ash content from 1.5 to 1.7 %, the fibre ratio from 2.7 to 3.4 %, the total phenol content of the varieties ranged from 158.15 to 361.84 µg GAE/g, while antioxidant activity varied between 16.17 % to 29.68 %. The mineral nitrogen doses showed positive effects on all other yield and quality parameters except starch content, fiber ratio, protein content and the number of field emergency. General, better results were obtained in combination with 6 ton/da solid biogas waste with 9 kg/da mineral nitrogen.
