Bazı pulluk tiplerinin yapım enerjisi maliyetlerinin satış fiyatı içerisindeki payının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Üretim yapan işletmelerde ürünün üretim maliyeti işletme için çok önemlidir. Üretim maliyetlerinin artması ya da azalması ürünün satış fiyatını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Enerji üretim maliyetlerinde önemli bir girdi unsurudur. Ürünlerin yapım enerjilerinin belirlenmesi üretim ve pazarlama stratejilerinin oluşturulmasında önemli katkılar sağlayabilir.Türkiye'de en çok üretilen ve yaygın kullanılan tarım ekipmanı pulluktur. Bu çalışmada 3 farklı pulluk tipi (standart, bahçe, döner kulaklı) esas alınarak 4 farklı gövde tipi için 2 farklı firmaya ait pullukların yapım enerjisi maliyetleri belirlenerek, üretim sonucu oluşan satış fiyatları içerisinde yapım enerjisi maliyetinin oranın ne kadar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında birinci firmaya ait (A firması) 3, 4, 5 ve 6 gövdeli standart pulluğun yapım enerjilerinin satış fiyatları içindeki oranları sırasıyla % 126,44, % 116,56, % 118,06 ve % 125,02 bulunmuştur. İkinci firmaya (B firması) ait değerler ise sırasıyla , % 131,95, % 118,26, % 119,19, % 120,27 olmuştur. Bahçe pulluğunun A firmasında yapım enerjisinin satış fiyatlarındaki oranı, sırasıyla % 97,59, % 107,88, % 113,37, % 117,59, B firmasındaki oranı ise sırasıyla % 110,77, % 116,80, % 121,57, % 126,53 bulunmuştur. A firmasına ait döner kulaklı pulluğun yapım enerjisinin satış fiyatlarındaki oranı sırasıyla % 86,49, % 79,16, % 75,41, % 71,96 B firmasında ise sırasıyla % 66,57, % 66,52, % 83,08, % 106,30 olarak bulunmuştur.Genel olarak bakıldığında en yüksek oranın B firmasının 3 gövdeli standart pulluk üretiminde olduğu en düşük oranı ise yine B firmasına ait 4 gövdeli döner kulaklı pullukta olduğu görülmektedir.

The production cost of the product is very important for the enterprise. Increasing or decreasing production costs directly affects the sales price of the product. It is an important input element in energy production costs. The determination of the production energies of the products can make a significant contribution to the production and marketing strategies.It is the most widely produced and used agricultural equipment plow in Turkey. In this study, based on 3 different plow types (standard, garden, revolving ear), the construction energy costs of the plows of 2 different companies were determined for the 4 different body types. Within the scope of the study, the ratio of the production energies of the 3, 4, 5 and 6-body standard plow belonging to the first firm in the sales prices were found to be % 126,44, % 116,56, % 118,06 and % 125,02, respectively. The values of the second firm (B) were % 131,95, % 118,26, % 119,19 and % 120,27 respectively. The ratio of the construction energy of the garden plow in the sales prices was found to be % 97.59, % 107.88, % 113.37, % 117.59 and the ratio of B in the company was % 110.77, % 116.80, % 121.57 and % 126.53, respectively. The ratio of the construction energy of the revolving ear plow of the company A in the sales prices was found to be % 66,57, % 66,52, % 83,08, % 106,30 in the order of % 86,49, % 79,16, % 75,41 and % 71,96 B, respectively.In general, it is observed that the highest rate of B company is in 3-body standard plow production and the lowest rate is in 4-spindle rotary plow belonging to B company.
