Meyve bahçelerinde görülen şifa otu türlerinin (Conyza spp.) belirlenmesi, bu türlerin Glyphosate`e duyarlılıklarının araştırılması ve glyphosate dayanıklılığının yönetimi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında Türkiye'nin değişik bölgelerindeki meyve bahçelerinden toplanan Conyza örneklerinin tür tespiti, tür teşhis anahtarlarından çalışma boyunca tohumdan yetiştirilen bitki örneklerinden tespit edilen morfolojik karakterlerin yardımıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda Conyza'nın ülkemizde Conyza bonariensis, C. canadensis ve C. sumatrensis olmak üzere üç tür ile temsil edildiği saptanmıştır. Morfolojik çalışmalar ve literatür çalışmaları ışığında ülkemiz florası kayıtlarında Conyza albida olarak verilen türün C. sumatrensis'in sinonimi olduğu ve ülkemiz flora kayıtlarının güncellenmesi gerektiği ilk kez bu çalışma ile belirlenmiştir. Teşhisi yapılan bu üç türün glyphosate'e karşı duyarlılık farklılıklarını tespit etmek amacıyla doz-etki çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Conyza sumatrensis'in diğer iki türe oranla bu herbisite daha az duyarlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada ayrıca duyarlı ve dayanıklı popülasyonların farklı gelişme döneminde glyphosate'e karşı duyarlılıkları da karşılaştırılmıştır. Deneme sonunda tüm bitkiler, gelişme dönemleri ilerledikçe bu herbisite daha da dayanıklı hale gelmişlerdir, ancak dayanıklı popülasyonda ise bu durum daha yüksek oranda gerçekleşmiştir. Çalışmamızın son aşamasında ise yine aynı popülasyonlar kullanılarak alternatif herbisitlerin dayanıklı popülasyonlara etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla popülasyonlara sadece glyphosate, glyphosate+diflufenican, glyphosate+oxyfluorfen aktif maddeli herbisitler uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak bu herbisitlerin duyarlı popülasyona karşı etkili oldukları halde dayanıklı popülasyonlara karşı etkili olmadıkları görülmüştür.Anahtar Sözcükler: Conyza spp., Glyphosate, Diflufenican, Oxyfluorfen, Dayanıklılık, Duyarlılık

In this thesis, the detection of types of Conyza samples collected in different parts of the orchards in Turkey is carried out from the type identification keys with the help of morphological characters detected from plant samples grown from seed during the study. As a result of this study, it has been determined that Conyza is represented by three species in our country which are Conyza bonariensis, C. canadensis ve C. sumatrensis. In the light of the morphological studies and literature studies, it was first determined with this study that the species given as Conyza albida in the flora records of our country is the synonym of C. sumatrensis and that the flora records of our country need to be updated. Dose-effect studies were performed to determine the sensitivity of these three species to glyphosate. As a result, it was found out that C. sumatrensis is less sensitive to this herbicide compared to the other two species. In this study, susceptibility of sensitive and resistant populations to glyphosate in different development period was also compared. At the end of the experiment, all plants became more resistant to this herbicide as developmental stages progressed; however, in the resilient population this was higher. In the last stage of our study, the effects of alternative herbicides on resistant populations were investigated by using the same populations. For this purpose, only glyphosate, glyphosate + diflufenican, glyphosate + oxyfluorfen active substance herbicides were applied to the populations. Consequently, while these herbicides were effective against susceptible populations, they were not effective against resistant populations.Key Words: Conyza spp., Glyphosate, Diflufenican, Oxyfluorfen, Resistance, Susceptibility
