Yem karma ve dağıtma makinası için yüksek verimli redüktör geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında, yem karma ve dağıtma makinaları için yüksek verimli redüktör geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yem karma sektöründe yaygın olarak kullanılan planet redüktör sistemine alternatif sikloid redüktör ortaya konulmuştur. Verim ve maliyet açısından karşılaştırıldığında, sikloid reedüktöre planet sisteme göre %5 daha verimli, maliyet açısından ise %10 daha pahalı olduğu görüşmüştür. Sikloid redüktör seçimi ile yıllık tasarruf edilen enerji miktarı yaklaşık 745 kwh/yıl olup, yıllık enerji maliyet ise 58$/yıl civarındadır. Sikloid redüktör kullanımında, yatırım masrafını 17 ayda karşılayacağı hesaplanmıştır.

In this study, it is aimed to develop a speed reducer having high efeciency for mixer feeder wagons. An alternative cycloid reducer has been introduced to planetary system which is widely used in feed mixing sector. As compared in terms of efeciency and cost, it is seen that cycloidal speed reducer is 5% efficient but 10% more expansive than planetary system. With the selection of cycloid reducer, it is calculated the annual energy saving will be nearly 100 kw and the profit will be approximatly 50 $. y chosing Cycloid reducer, annual energy saving is nearly 745 kWh/year and the cost of energy is approximately 58$/year. It is calculated that the cyclod reducer will recover the investment cost in 17 months.
