Aydın yöresindeki örtüaltı işletmelerinin yapısal ve üretim sistemleri açısından irdelenmesi

Abstract

Ülkemizde örtüaltı faaliyetleri ekolojik koşulların etkisiyle gelişmiş olup, özellikle iklimin uygun olduğu başta Akdeniz sahil kesiminde olmak üzere Ege Bölgesi'nde de yaygınlaşmıştır. Ege Bölgesi'nde yer alan Aydın ilinde, Aydın İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü tarafından belirlenen örtüaltı yetiştiricilikle uğraşan 45 adet çiftçiye anket uygulanarak, ölçüm ve fotoğraflama çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Ankette bölge çiftçilerinin genel özellikleri, örtüaltı yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılan yapı sistemi ve yapısal özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Örtüaltı yapılarında karşılaşılan yaygın sorunlar tespit edilmiştir. Örtüaltı yapıların ısıtılması, ısı korunumu, sulanması, havalandırılması, serinletilmesi, aydınlatılması ile ilgili bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, yöredeki örtüaltı üretim sistemlerinin yapısal özellikleri ve yeterlilikleri belirlenmiş ve bu yapıların geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. Örtüaltı işletmelerinin son yıllardaki gelişme ve değişimlerinin Aydın yöresindeki geleneksel örtüaltı üretimine yansıyıp yansımadığı ve buna yönelik olarak son yıllarda örtüaltı yapılarının mevcut durumu değerlendirilmiştir. Undercovered activities in our country have been developed due to ecological conditions, and have become widespread in the Aegean Region, especially in the Mediterranean coast, where the climate is favorable. In the province of Aydın in the Aegean Region, 45 farmers engaged in undercover farming determined by the Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry were surveyed and surveyed and photographed. In the survey, the general characteristics of the farmers in the region, the structural system used in undercover cultivation and their structural characteristics were determined. Common problems encountered in undercovered structures have been identified. Information on heating, heat preservation, irrigation, ventilation, cooling and illumination of undercovered structures were obtained. As a result of the research, the structural features and competencies of the undercover production systems in the region were determined and suggestions for the development of these structures were presented. It has been evaluated whether the recent developments and changes of undercover enterprises are reflected in the traditional undergone production in Aydın region and the current situation of undercover structures in recent years has been evaluated.Key words: Undercover production, undercover structures, survey, Aydın
