Oedipoda caerulescens caerulescens (Linnaeus, 1758) (acrididae)`in karyotip analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Aydın ilinden toplanan ve Acrididae familyasına dahil olan Oedipoda caerulescens caerulescens türünün kromozom sayısı, kromozom morfolojisi ve kromozom uzunlukları belirlenmiştir. Uygun koşullarda labaratuvara getirilen çekirgelerin testisleri çıkarılmış ve ezme preparat yöntemine göre kromozom preparatları hazırlanarak türün karyotipi belirlenmiştir. İncelemeler sonucunda türün kromozom sayısı 2n♂= 23 (X0) olarak bulunmuştur. Otozomlar ve X kromozomunun akrosentrik yapıda olduğu belirlenmiştir. 5 bireyle yapılan sayımlar sonucu ortalama kiyazma frekansı 16.99 olarak bulunmuştur.

In this study, chromosome number, chromosome morphology and chromosome length of Oedipoda caerulescens caerulescens species collected from Aydın province and belonged to Acrididae family were determined. The testes of grasshoppers brought to the laboratory under appropriate conditions were removed and chromosome preparations were prepared according to the crush preparation method and the karyotype of the species was determined. As a result of the investigations, the chromosome number of the species was found as 2n♂ = 23 (X0). Autosomes and X chromosomes were found to be acrocentric. As a result of the counts made with 5 individuals, the mean chiasma frequency was found to be 16.99.
