İmâm Beğavî`de İsmetü`l-Enbiyâ

Abstract

Kişinin günahlardan korunmuş olduğunu ifade eden İsmet sıfatı, peygamberlerin sıfatları arasında en tartışmalı olanıdır. Bu sıfatın varlığı hakkında tartışmalar olduğu gibi, kapsamı ve mahiyeti hakkında da birçok tartışma vardır. İsmet ile irade arasındaki ilişki, İsmet'in başlangıç zamanı ve ne tür günahları kapsadığı, peygamberlerin Kur'ân'da zikredilen hatalarının İsmet sıfatıyla bağdaşmaması, tefsîr kitaplarında nakledilen İsmet'e muğayir İsrâilî hikayelerin varlığı vb. meseleler tartışmanın temel konularını oluşturmaktadır. Bu tartışmaların bir kısmı akli çıkarımlar neticesinde ortaya çıkarken, büyük bir kısmı da İsmet anlayışının Kur'ân ile bağdaştırılma çabası neticesinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Peygamberlerin Kur'ân'da zikredilen hataları, İsmet anlayışının oluşumunda referans olarak kullanılmak yerine, aklî çıkarımlar neticesinde ortaya konulan İsmet anlayışına uygun hale getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuçta İsmet sıfatıyla alakalı birçok çelişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada İsmet sıfatıyla ilgili bahsettiğimiz tartışmalar ortaya konularak, bu sıfatın, bir rivâyet tefsîri olan İmam Beğavî'nin tefsîrine yansıması ele alınmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: Peygamber, İsmet, Masumiyet, İrade, Beğavî, Meâlimu't-Tenzîl

`Ismah` (sinlessness/infallibility) attribute, expressing that person's protecting from the sins is the most controversial attribute between the attributes of the prophets. As there are discussions about the existence of this attribute, there are many discussions about its scope and property. Issues such as relationship between `Ismah` and willpower, beginning time of `Ismah` and what kind of sins it covers, incompatibility of mistakes of the prophets mentioned in the Qur'an with `Ismah` attribute, the existence of Israeli stories contrary to `Ismah`, which were quoted in the commentary books etc. Are the main subjects of the discussion. While some of these discussions emerged as a result of mental inferences, most of them emerged as a result of the effort to correlate the understanding of `Ismah` with the Qur'an. The mistakes of the prophets mentioned in the Qur'an, instead of being used as a reference in the formation of `Ismah` concept, it was tried to be adapted to `Ismah` understanding that emerged as a result of mental inferences. Consequently, many contradictions have emerged related to the attribute of `Ismah`. In this study, the discussions about `Ismah` attribute were presented and the reflection of this attribute was discussed on the commentary of Imam Begavi which is a narrated commentary.Key Words: Prophet, Ismah, Innocence, Willpower, Begavi, Mealimu't-Tenzîl
