| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Bu çalışmada, çelik borular ve bunların sınıflandırılması, üretim şekli, kullanılan malzeme, şekillendirme işlemleri, toleranslar ve teslim koşulları incelenmiştir. Çelik boruların sınıflandırılması : 1- Dikişli çelik borular 2- Dikişsiz çelik borular Dikişli çelik borular, çelik saç ve bantlardan sıcak ve soğuk haddeleme ( veya çekme ) yöntemi ile yapılmaktadır. Boruların yapımında kullanılan kaynak yöntemleri: 1- Yüksek Frekans Kaynağı 2- Tozaltı Kaynağı Dikişsiz çelik borular, sıcak ve soğuk haddeleme ( veya çekme) yöntemi ile üretilir. Soğuk şekillendirilir. | |
