Programlanabilen mikroişlemcili uygulama seti

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, otomasyon sistemlerinde kullanılabilecek mikroişlemci denetimli bir sistem gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen bu sistem ile, bir elektrik motorunun hız kontrolü, bir buhar kazanındaki basınç ve sıcaklık değerlerinin kontrolü veya bir uydu anteninin yönlendirilmesi gibi değişik kontrol işlemleri için gerekli olan programlar yazılıp çalıştırılabilir. Yazılmış olan bu programlar, bir başka sistemde kullanılmak üzere EPROM' a yüklenebilir. Bu çalışmada, ZİLOG firması tarafından üretilmiş olan Z-80 mikroişlemci birimi kullanılmıştır. Z-80 mikroişlemci birimi ile sistemi oluşturan çevre elemanları hakkında temel bilgiler verilmiş ve sistemin çalışmasını sağlayan bir sistem programı (monitör programı) hazırlanmıştır. Genel bir uygulama olarak, bir sıcaklık kontrol programı yazılmış ve yazılan bu programın 27C64 türü bir EPROM'a yüklenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this thesis, a microprocessor system which can be used in a automatical control process was produced. A program, which is needed for different control processes such as velocity of an electrical motors, pressure and temperature levels in a steam boiler or setting a satellite receiver is written by means of this microprocessor system. This program can be loaded to EPROM which is used another system. The Z-80 microprocessor which was developed by ZİLOG Company had been used. The characteristic of the Z-80 microprocessor and another units which had been used in this microprocessor system and the system programs which are supported works of this system were explained. A program for control process of temperature levels was written and this program was loaded a EPROM which is kind of 27C64. X
