Abstract

17 ÖZET Bu çalışmada modern teknolojiden, bir çok disiplini ihtiva eden araç ve gerecin kompleks yapısının gerektirdiği, bakım ve onarım konusu işlenmiştir. Herhangi bir sistemin işler vaziyette kalabilmesi veya belirlenen ve he deflenen zaman aralıklarında koruyucu bakım ve onarımın yapılabilmesi, bu sistemin kuruluş öncesi çalışmalarının iyi bir şekilde planlanmasıyla gerçekleştirilebilir. Eğer bu yöntem dikkate alınmadan sistem tasarlanmış ise, bu düşüncelerin ışığı altında sistemin yeniden re organizasyonu gerekebilir. Bu çalışmada önceden kurulmuş olan bir modelin re organizasyonuna, yardımcı olmak amacıyla bakım ve onarım problemleri ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla İzmit Belediyesi Fen işleri Garaj ve Atelyelerinde yapılan bakım ve onarım işlemleri gözlenmiş, çalışmaları hakkında gerçek bilgiler alınmıştır. Bu gözlemlere dayalı, modern teknolojiye uygun çalışmalar neticesinde, bakım ve onarım işlerinin gelecekte daha verimli ve düzenli yapılabilmesi için ilk adımlar atılmıştır. Ayrıca, motorlar hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiş, motorların birbiri ile ilgili çeşitli fonksiyonları ele alınarak çevrimlerine göre termodinamik olaylar incelenmiştir. Diğer bölümlerde ise motorlarda arıza arama teknikleri ve bakım metotları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın son bölümünde ise model kuruluş ta, Araç takip ve Stok konularında bilgisayar programları hazırlanmıştır.

SUMMARY The maintenance and repair of the vehicles which include complex system were mentioned according to modern technology, In this subject. To he able to keep any system working or tobe able to maintain and repair according to the time periods fixed can be come true by well olannig of the works, before establishment. If the system was planned without paying attention to this method, under the light of these thoughts, system may need to be reorganized. The problems in the field of maintenance and repair have been hold to help reorganization of municipality. The activi- es of maintenance and repair in the science section of muni cipality have been observed the real results about their sty- leof working have been taken. Based on these observations, the results of the workings in the harmony with the modern technology to get morefruitful results from the maintenance and repair in the future the steps have been taken. In addition, the general knowlegg about the motors was given considering the various fuctions releated to each other according to their cycle the thermodynamic actions were rese arched. In the other parts the techniques of diagnose and the techniques of the maintenance are maintioned. At the end of the vehicle the computer programmes were propered.
