Nümerik kontrollu takım tezgahları üzerinde incelemeler

Abstract

Bilgisayarların tasarım ve imalatta nümerik kontrollu takım tezgahları ile birlikte kullanılmasıyla bu sistemler daha da gelişmiştir.Bu çalışmada nümerik kontrollu takım tezgahlarının genel özellikleri programlama yöntemleri ve nümerik kontrollu sistemlerin gösterdiği gelişmeler incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde nümerik kontrollu tezgahların özellikleri kullanılma alanları,avantajları ve dezavantajları açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde;nümerik kontrollu tezgahların çeşitleri incelenerek interpolasyondan bahsedilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde;proglamaya yöntemleri incelemeye çalışılarak,elle programlamaya ait örnek verilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde;nümerik kontrollu tezgahlarda kullanılan kesici takımlar üzerinde durularak takımların ön hazırlığı ve ayarlaması otomatik takım değiştiriciler ve program yaparken göz önünde tutulması gereken hususlardan bahsedilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde gelişmiş No sistemleri incelerek CNC'nin genel özellikleri ve uygulama alanları açıklamıştır:Son bölümde NO tezgahların konstrüksiyonun etkileyen faktörlerin neler olduğu kısaca belirtilmiştir:
